I ordered a pair of Puma's that I couldn't find anywhere else and was stoked that this place had them. After waiting five days without notification that my order had shipped, I contacted the store directly. I was initially told that the order would ship that day and I would receive tracking information within 24 hours. However, five more days passed, and my order still hadn't been shipped.

When I called back, I spoke with an employee who seemed confused and unable to find my order. I was asked to call back later when someone there who knew how to look up an order because apparently they didn't know how(seriously?), but as soon as I hung up, I received an email that my order had been canceled due to insufficient stock. Fortunately I ordered through PayPal and was able to get my money back.
