Despite loving the shop initially, this is the third time I've had an issue ordering from the deli/hot food. The first two times, they didn't complete my order correctly. This third, and last time, I called in an order only to be told when I arrived that they had turned off the grill already. I called at 10:48, after seeing that they are open until midnight. But, be warned the grill might be turned off or before before 11pm so that they can shut everything down. The one thing I can't stand is expecting delicious hot food and being disappointed again.
