Luxury Facials and Spa — Local services in New York

I booked my appointment for Saturday at 3:00 PM. When I arrived I was told my appointment was canceled because the day before the actual peel, I did not leave a $25 deposit. The issue was when I did the appointment earlier that week I was not told about the deposit. Wouldn't you ask for the deposit when someone is making an appointment and tell them the rules then? Not when you are confirming an appointment.

After telling me that it was canceled, the lady at the front told me she would ask the esthetician to see if she could take me to which the esthetician answered yes. The entire service took less than 15 minutes and it was very rushed. The healing process was not explained to me and the front desk lady just told me to read the instructions on the kit.

Honestly, when you get an acid peel you dont want to be rushed and you want things to be explained. You want to feel pampered. By far, the BEST facial I have ever gotten! I flew in from Florida and went in with concerns of dry skin, hyperpigmentation and some minor acne breakouts. I wanted a chemical peel but I didn’t have the downtime for it. So, together we chose another service that took care of my needs, which was dermaplaning with extractions and an oxygen mask. The ambience was amazing and very relaxing and the bed was so warm! That was definitely a plus for me because I’m always cold (anemic) so the warmth made me feel super comfortable! I would like to share my experience at Luxury Facials Spa. The staff was very friendly and genuine. From the moment I walked in I was greeted. From all the staff member. From the front desk receptionist and even my esthetician her name was (Divine). My esthetician was highly experienced. Very professional well knowledgeable and well versed. My face felt cleared after the facial. All the pores on my face were gone. I felt a big difference. My nose felt so soft and gentle. A much needed facial. The attention to detail. Cleared my skin from all those pores. It was easily the most relaxing moment of my week. I was highly impressed. Without a doubt the best spa I have been to.
