The wonders of finding an open food spot that’s not a cart at 12 am. Zam Zam Halal is a hidden gem in Brooklyn that offers an exceptional culinary experience. From the moment you step in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel right at home. The menu features a delightful array of classic halal dishes that are both flavorful and satisfying.
I had the pleasure of trying their lamb gyro, and it was nothing short of amazing. The lamb was perfectly seasoned and tender, complemented by fresh vegetables and a generous serving of creamy white sauce. The portion sizes are generous, ensuring you leave with a full stomach and a happy heart.
Their chicken over rice is another standout dish, with succulent pieces of chicken served over a bed of fragrant basmati rice, all topped with their signature sauces. The flavors are well-balanced, with just the right amount of spice.
What truly sets Zam Zam Halal apart is the consistency in quality and the authenticity of their dishes. Each bite feels like a journey to the heart of traditional halal cuisine. The prices are very reasonable, making it a great value for the quality and quantity of food you receive.
Overall, Zam Zam Halal is a must-visit for anyone in Brooklyn craving delicious, authentic halal food. Five stars for their outstanding food, warm hospitality, and excellent...
Read moreI have been to this place 2 times. I was recommended to try this place because it’s around my work.. so i went to pick up my order today and i was telling the guy at the counter about my last time how they missed the stuff. He goes to me “ if you don’t like it don't order from here. I was shocked. So basically if you order online on any app or on the call you will not get the same portions or same quality of the food… But you will end up paying the same price. “ ABSOLUTELY WRONG “ Do NOT fall for this FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. It’s not even a average taste for this kind of fast food restaurant.. Costumer service is totally off the hook. Disrespectful ! 3 workers and None of the workers has the food certificate or Mental Health Hygiene iD present. They are working without gloves behind those hidden windows. I’m uploading photos as well. One last thing. Which i found so weird and funny. I was standing inside and complaining on the 311. I hear another gentleman having the same concerns and complaining the same thing to people...

I got the BOGO Lamb platter deal with fries. Food came in hot and well-packaged. Food quality however was middle of the road - not quite as bad as some reivews say, and not quite as mind-blowing as many of the discount-incentivized reviews say either. I wasn't a fan of the white sauce, maybe a bit too yogurty for my tastes, but if you prefer that, this may taste great to you. Lamb wasn't very flavorful, or at least I couldn't taste it much through the white sauce. Fries as some other reviews mentioned were probably the best part, followed by the rice. The fruit drinks I got that were required BOGO add-ons were a surprising hit, Kiwi one was like an aloe drink.
Overall, would recommend you try it if you want a different halal flavor than you normally get, otherwise would stick to your...
