Market Fresh Supermarket — Attraction in New York

I’d like to thank all of the employees here, they have been working so hard during this covid time. I never lacked anything for my family during these difficult times. Everyone is so friendly so uplifting and always very helpful. I’ve seen how hard they work to keep the shelves stocked cleaned and sanitary. Everything I need they have, from fresh deli foods to cold cuts to meats to vegan items to fresh fruit and now let’s not forget about the toilet paper. They have tons of toilet paper stocked lol during this difficult time they also had rubbing alcohol, hand sanitizer, Lysol wipes and Lysol sprays along with gloves masks etc. fully stocked. Anyway I just really really like to thank them all from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate all that they do and done for me and my family everyday especially during this covid 19. (Also they have an employee outside picking up people’s trash of gloves and masks ) when there’s a garbage can right in front of the store the nerve of these civilians. Best food market in...

The produce is pretty fresh. I don't know how much of it is organic because it's a mixed bag. I did however make a recommendation to the stock supply of one particular item and they actually called the district manager to see if they can resupply that particular item and made a promise that they would resupply this item on the next order. That was several months ago and nothing came of it. The weight balance at the checkout is definitely off from any of the balance in the place and you have to check your receipt to make sure that you're not being overcharged. However, being picky about that I will say a lot of the items they have a fresh and reasonably priced I did have an issue with the cold cut counter and asking for a particular item and when they priced that item out it did not match the price per pound on the digital menu behind the counter and when I confronted them on the price per pound they kind of just shrug their shoulders as if it was an...

Not from this neighborhood but stopped at this supermarket to pick up a few things. This is probably my 3rd time in this store. While checking out I wasn't greeted by the cashier who's name is Houda Hosn. Once all items was scanned she asked if I wanted a bag and I replied yes, please. My bag was then placed on top of my items. I kindly asked so you guys don't pack bags? she responded, it's not her job to pack my bag. I don't mind packing my own bag but if that's the case there should be a self checkout line for me to do so. Never been to a supermarket that doesn't pack the bag you now have to purchase from them and even during my past visits my bags were packed without asking. So that was a little upsetting for me. I asked for the manager and asked him if it's their job and he told me yeah. She still refused and said it's not her job. I like to spend my money where I'm appreciated and treated kindly. Will not be shopping here no more thanks...
