Marshalls — Attraction in New York

You can find a lot of good stuff at this Marshalls. I come here all the time when I'm bored or am looking for a gift. Most of the time the prices are reasonable and they have a beauty section where sometime you can find some great finds like high-end makeup or face masks, hair products and more. As for the clothes, if you're looking for basics not really the best selection but if you're searching for something like an event you can definitely find something that suits you, but I have found some good pants and shirts from here before. I purchased a carryon bag in Burbank, CA and used it a couple of times. I arrived in NYC today and the expander zipper busted. I went to this location to exchange the bag and they said I couldn’t. I asked for a manager and the manager told the associate over the phone it was “his call”. He said no. Now I’m out $50 and no luggage to get back to CA without spending more money on another bag. I went to buy something with my girlfriend and they were following us everywhere and then they sent a security guard to check on us. We were not doing anything besides looking trough clothes and items we where interested in buying. We where putting the ones we wanted on our shopping cart and we bought it. I feel they violated our freedom and made us feel like thieves without a reason. This is the first Marshalls where the staff made me feel like we where in a hostile environment. We will not...
