Michaels Custom Framing — Attraction in New York

I love the bargain of (5 )16"×20"canvases for $12:99 I use them to accomplish my craft ,but my problem is my app will not open in the store and I cannot access the 40%discount, this trip I removed the app I didn't think it make any sense. All I get is 15%discount or my customer reward which amounts to nothing much. Michaels, I purchased a lot from your store because I crochet too and purchase your wool among other things, is there a way I can get more than 15%discount. This store is severely understaffed every time I come here. It has a decent inventory, but it's extremely hard to get help. They ostensibly have a framer, but they are often not there. If you get an appointment, you also cannot assume that the framer will be there, nor will your appointment be cancelled.

I'd recommend treating this store as a pickup point to stuff you buy on...

They had what I wanted, but the people who work here should not be dealing with the public! Also, they changed the discount that got me into the store. 30% promised and 25% actually. The amount flipped overnight. 3 stars...
