Mr Figaro means so much to me. I grew up in this store. Since 1979 I was at the store only just at a few days old. I miss Mr Figaro the singing barber but his younger replacement is definitely puts Mr Figaro name still up there. Jr. Figaro Aka Sal is amazing barber. He has a great touch and has a fabulous touch to his artistic haircuts. I can say he is one of the top barbers in the area and Mr Figaro were alive today he would be proud to know how amazing Sal is today. Sal for sure has no voice and yes can not sing. But I will say it, he makes up with it with his super cutz. I recommend this place on all levels and Sal I thank you for keeping the name Mr. Figaro for so many years. Feels like you are a JR. Figaro. Come on in say hi to Sal and if you never heard of the singing barber you can you tube and listen to the songs, the original Figaro sang while getting your cutz by Sal Aka Figaro barber shop. Sal's, Mr. Figaro HairStyling, is the best barbershop I've ever been to in Brooklyn! I've tried several other barbers much closer to where I live, however, I would rather drive the 45 minutes, sometimes up to an hour with traffic, just to have Sal take care of my beard and hair, rather than going to someone closer and be completely unsatisfied. I've been a client of Sal's, Mr. Figaro, for about two years now. He is always professional, and very punctual with his appointments. He provides top notch service, and has has never disappointed me with his cuts to both my beard and hair. Sal even helped me out one time when I was in a jam, due to locking myself out of my vehicle, when I drove to get a cut from him! When I first moved to Sheepshead Bay, i had to find a new barber. There are many in the area but one day i found Yuri, here at Mr. Figarro. I was so comfortable with my former barber that I was nervous about finding a new one. From the moment I met Yuri, I knew I had. He was friendly. He listened.
