I have been going to this salon for the past year, even after I moved out of the neighborhood. I never leave reviews because I either don't care enough or I honestly don't like to negatively impact businesses (especially during this time) - but this experience was so bad it merits sharing - and the images speak for themselves. I had a new set put on and one fill about two weeks later. after about 5 days since my fill - four nails had broken. I went in the first time I had a chance (about 7-8 days since the fill) to have the four nails repaired, saying explicitly upon entering that they broke within less than a week. I am not rough on my nails, one literally broke off when I put my hand into my sweatpants pocket. After doing my nails - to which even the nail tech remarked on the bad shaping - i got a bill for $18. I went at lengths to explain to her I had not been rough on my nails and did not feel comfortable paying for the service because a bad job had been done to begin with. It takes a lot to me to stand up for myself because I have worked so many customer service jobs that I HATE complaining because I empathize too much but really felt this was unreasonable. I spoke with the manager who refused to even offer me a discount or anything and insisted I pay the bill in full. Disgusted and exhausted I just conceded and paid. Once I got to my car I realized what a wretched job had been done. I paid around $50 for my last acrylic fill with gel polish, so this horrible set has cost me over $70. My nails are disgustingly thick, lumpy, and I even had nail polish on my thumb knuckle!? Many of the edges are unpainted, nails have been put on crooked. I am so exhausted from dealing with them that I give up and am hoping I spare someone else the headache. despite appearances this salon is not cheap and they do not stand by the work they do. I will go elsewhere as they have zero customer service and the quality was 50/50 to begin with (their instagram will sell you with their nail art but its not always great either).

The owner Ivan is horrible. Went to get my nails done for my birthday He tried to overcharged me although my nails are unfinished. Stated my time being there is $250, charged $105 and I paid $85. I waited for two people before me for Nail tech Angela. I disclosed I was unhappy with my nail color. Ivan told me she was scared although I was not hostile or rude which is on camera which showed a patron how long I sat down. I don’t expect designs to be exact but Her rushing made me uncomfortable with how the nails were coming out. Angela was messing up numerous times including applying the acrylic for a full set which I told her to fix to avoid nail breaking as it has done in the past. Ivan was hostile. He told me to go back to where I came from and wanted to charge me for full nail design which was not done. Prices are not fully listed and they pick and choose how they want to charge especially if they don’t do what they want. And the good nail techs keep leaving! Pics of what I ask for and left with

My first mistake was thinking I can get a good service removal and manicure at this salon. I had gel x nails on at the time and mentioned that to the girls. These nails needed to be soaked and taken off carefully. Not one but 3 of the workers repeatedly tried ripping off my nails with a metro card. Even after showing a video on how to take off my nails. These women ignored me and persisted in drilling my nails down. I had to just get up and leave because not only was I belittled as a costumer but my nails look crazy at the end of it. There was little care to the damage being done to my nails and these women only care about money and not actually their work. Overall bad experience. They don’t care about their costumers anymore. I’m not a big review person let alone writing a paragraph. I have been coming here for a long time, but was extremely disappointed when I was in on 8/8/22. It has been some time since I’ve been in. I went for a pedicure and Acrylics. They had someone doing my pedicure who clearly was in training and didn’t know what she was fully doing. No one was shadowing her to help her. I nowhere near receive what’s included in the 45$ pedicure and She cut me doing the callus remover… accidents happen. I understand. I even understand the learning curve. They then cleaned it, apologized, and I was moved to wait for my Acrylics. She was put back into training mode, so I figured I wasn’t going to be charged. Then the girl who did my acrylics breezed through it and didn’t put any effort into my nails either. She didn’t do what is usually required in manicure/acrylics. I would think after my pedicure that they would try to do a better job on my nails at least. Nope. I was then charged in full for both. I was very upset that no hospitality was offered and at the lack of effort. I didn’t want to make a scene and I thought I shouldn’t even have to ask for a discount or for my pedicure to be taken care of. I tipped them both 20%… it wasn’t the girls fault in training..Worst experience...

Upon arrival my friend and I was seated beside each other which was nice but as soon as the services started it went left, I was speaking to my friend as the young male nail tech did my nails, he asked me to get a color when I finally got it he got a wrong one and gave me attitude when I said that’s not it. Even after showing him and telling him I told him another color and showed him what I meant since he didn’t get it the first time, he didn’t bother to say anything. He slapped the polish on my toes literally without putting the clear gel as the base and then he scrapped the polish that was on the edge of my toes, he didn’t clean it with acetone leaving me to try and clean it with my nails it smeared the polish. When he tried fixing it he took the old polish out without cleaning and and applied too much polish, this was 19 dollars gone down the drain. Overpriced for no reason and he had a attitude basically dismissing me to the dryer with no assistance. Not to mention he was mad because I didn’t do gel and he cut me. I tried this place twice and I was unhappy twice I’m not...
