New Lots Furniture — Attraction in New York

I had an incredibly pleasant and easy experience shopping at New Lots during my nightmare of a move...I ordered a sofa from New Lots last year, and it wouldn't fit in my apartment, so the owner was kind enough to send his guys to take it apart and rebuild it in my apartment. Fast forward.a year later, I had to move again but couldn't get the sofa out. I emailed them thinking it was a long shot, but immediately the owner called me back, reassured me that it wouldn't be a problem, remembered the sale, and immediately set up a time for his guys to come take it apart, move it out of my old apartment, and rebuild it in my new apartment. Very good service and their activities really fantastic. Customer service is great! Found the coffee table at another store online for cheaper and Max, the owner or New Lots Furniture matched the price and did free delivery. He even came and assembled it himself! I was bummed the first time I visited the store because I drove an hour and the store was closed mid day and there was no sign posted. Although, I'm sure this does not usually happen. I was also a bit disappointed that after assembly was completed, there was a small dent in the top of the coffee table. BUT, the owner ordered a new one and came to replace it himself, which was very nice! Would shop here again and would recommend...

If I could give no stars believe me I would! Me and My family are moving into a new home we were excited to pick out our bedroom set and furniture. As soon as we walk in and say hello good afternoon they all look at us as if we're bothering them because they are all on their phones. After 15 minutes of walking around the store we ask if anyone works here. The lady rolled her eyes and had an attitude. We finally find a bedroom set she looks in the computer and they have nothing in stock! What are they open for if they have no furniture and no customer service skills. Please save your time never come...
