DO NOT SIGN UP!!! First of all they do not open the doors sooner than 4, not even to let your children warm up or defrost from waiting outside in the cold. Secondly they change their policies without informing people during registration, then when questioned about the information they point to the pamphlet on the desk that does not address the new policy change. Third, you barely find anyone at the front desk, and when you do they all have a different story. Fourth my daughter has been attending almost two years now and she still can’t do a cartwheel and it’s not due to her lack of ability it’s due to her lack of guidance from the “coaches”, I was told when she turns six she will be shown, meanwhile at her dance school there are 5 and 4 year olds being taught to do cartwheels. The coaches are former or current underpaid kids that can’t even contain the children. Fifth, the gym is filthy! Sixth, the owner and son are beyond rude! I was told if you don’t like our policy go to another gym. Seventh, they never have an actual invoice or documentation to give you with how many classes you paid for or when the next payment is due. They write the information on a post it. Then if they need you to pay they randomly shout your name out loud for all to hear. Also if you don’t have cash, they charge you a credit card fee and if they have to punch in your cc there’s a larger fee for that! I do not recommend, I took my daughter to try an acro class at her dance studio and immediately she was shown how to do a cartwheel…no long waits, no kids running all over the place…please stay far away, you will be throwing your money straight into the drain. Lastly you do not need want to be treated as if you don’t matter , being told you can go to another gym if you like after 2 years is just a slap in the face. (I also only stayed there for so long bc my daughter had made a friend other than that I would have been out of there...
Read moreI strongly advise other parents to stay away from this place. My daughter attended briefly, and unfortunately, the experience was very upsetting for both her and our family. She’s going through hormonal changes at a young age and can have a bit of an attitude at times, as many kids do. Instead of showing patience or understanding, the staff—especially the teachers—were extremely disrespectful. They made her feel bad about herself and even made comments about her weight, which deeply affected her confidence.
Not only was my daughter treated unfairly, but so were myself, her father, and both of her grandmothers. One older Spanish-speaking teacher even suggested that my daughter “has problems” and needs help, which was completely inappropriate and offensive. My daughter was eventually removed from the program, and we were not given a full refund, despite her only attending one full class that same week I paid.
When I called to request her records, the front desk staff—whom I recognized—told me they had thrown them out because my daughter no longer attends. I was shocked , I spoke with the owner, who was even more rude. He told me my daughter “hits people,” threatened to hang up on me, and then sent me a photo of the registration card they previously claimed was discarded.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I am currently speaking with a lawyer about this situation because families should not be treated this way. No child should be made to feel insecure or unwelcome in a place that’s supposed to...
Read moreWhen my daughter started here they had competent instructors, now they have kids teaching kids, I am not bringing my daughter to be yelled by a kid that they don’t have the professionalism to teach. Let’s not talk about the owner, I had to go out of the country for 4 weeks and I explain my situation before I went, the recepcionist ( that supposed to know the rules of the place) told me that she could move those 4 weeks since I wasn’t gonna be here. Now that I talked with the owner he said it’s not his fault that she said that but I lost my classes, that I have to pay the next month in order to make the “make up classes” not the day that she is going but another day. It doesn’t make me upset that I have to do the make up classes, what it is bother me is the fact that I asked before I went and the person in charge told me it was right, and now they changed the rules just because I paid 24 classes in advanced, they already have the money so of course they don’t care. He had the nerve to ask me to sign a contract that said the classes can’t be moved, refund etc, really??? Why you didn’t do it before?? Adding to this last year when I was paying monthly the person who was in charge stole the money of most of the parents who pay in cash (not that I’m glad that that happens) but that shows you how in control the owner is of this place.
If I were you I would have never bring my kid here, extremely unorganized, not...
