I originally came here after I saw the flash-sale on Instagram and saw the page had a ton of followers and looked legit, which I later found out they have almost every month, it seemed like a way to get people in-and-out. Regardless, me and my girlfriend made an appointment on a Saturday and arrived on time, we waited about 2-3 hours before someone finally came up to us. The wait was extremely long but Alise made our experience worth the wait, she was understanding and knew what she was doing, she was also the friendliest out of all of the artists there. The pictured tattoo was done by Alise, although I love the piece, a couple weeks after it was fully healed I saw there were a couple of line breaks and the tattoo looks faded compared to my other tattoos I’ve gotten elsewhere. I have plenty of tattoos including large pieces so I know how to properly take care of it, based on other tattoos I’ve seen done at this shop I think the issue comes down to the ink they use. I don’t think the wait is worth it again so I’m getting it touched up elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend getting anything intricate here, only small “flash” tattoos. I wish they had a better appointment system which they actually followed and perhaps a front desk person to take care of guests instead of waiting for an artist to finish their work to then go take the next person like clockwork, it felt very rushed and impersonal.

My husband and I booked one appointment for each of us - a 9:45 and 10:15 appointment because we saw the $88 flash tattoo promotion. We walked in at 9:40 and no one acknowledged us at all. We looked around the shop for about 20 minutes before we started discussing if we should just walk out. We decided to give it until 10:15 as that was the time of our 2nd appointment. Shortly after this someone finally looked at us and asked if we signed in on the clipboard (was signing the paper going to make our tattoo artist acknowledge us after 20+ mins of waiting?) 10:15 rolls around and someone finally comes up to us and asks what we wanted to get and I show him the tattoo I want, which is just an outline of a body, no shading or anything. He quotes me about $150 so I ask about the $88 special and he said that is for tiny tattoos despite the promo stating small or medium tattoos. I did proceed with the tattoo and it turned out beautiful so that is why I give them 3 stars. I don’t know the name of my artist, only his Instagram @seoro_ttt With tax, my tattoo ended up being $170 If you’re interested in getting a flash tattoo deal or good customer service, go elsewhere but if you’re just looking for a nice looking tattoo, they do good work.

I got a triple piercing on my right nostril by Bacchus a month ago today and I love it so much. My healing process has been good and Bacchus tells you everything you need to know with healing. Honestly, no one would have been able to do it perfectly and aligned the way he did! He truly is the best of the best with piercings and is very very clean. I’ve been to piercing places before that are more aggressive and in and out with their customers. Bacchus really took his time with laying out his tools, reassuring me that everything would be fine, and sanitized everything. I called so many places in New York asking if they could what I wanted but all of the refused. Bacchus told me easily he could do it and showed me the other triple piercings he did in the past. A lot of these piercers aren’t artist and Bacchus showed me the importance of artistry with piercings. I recommend him for any piercing especially the difficult ones, you don’t want to get an infection or have it looking crazy. This is your body and you should spend on the quality. I believe if I went somewhere else, it would’ve been crooked, and infected. I am definitely getting all my piercings from him and no one else.

This is the first time in my life that I am writing a review and If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Absolutely no organization and absolutely no professionalism. My friend and I made 7:30pm APPOINTMENTS for a flash tattoo, and we arrived about 10 minutes early. Upon arrival, we were told it would be an hour wait, and we would get a call when a tattoo artist is ready, so it was no biggie, we just hung out in the area. 1 hour and a half went by, so it was 9pm and still no call, so we decided to call them, and we were told there were a few people ahead of us and that again, we would get a call when they are ready. So we decided to be patient and waited it out. It was almost 10pm and still nothing, so we called one final time, and were told there was only 1 tattoo artist and we could not be taken. Mind you, we called at the end of business hours and we were never contacted prior regarding rescheduling or anything. That is what receptionists are paid to do, and based on older reviews- I’d suggest you get another. We drove 1 hour from Jersey and sat around for 3 hours, only to have wasted our time. I guess the prices match the quality of the customer service and professionalism. The owner tends to rudely mention in these Review replies that it’s a “lifetime tattoo”, which is a terrible justification for unorganized service. The owner also tends to recommend scheduling on Monday’s or whatever, but at the end of the day- this is a BUSINESS and if you cannot handle a large number of clients on a Friday or Saturday or any day, just don’t schedule so many people and don’t schedule appointments for every 5 minutes lmaoo. If you cannot handle a lot of people- do not schedule a lot of people, it’s a very simple supply and demand concept. If you don’t have enough staff- do not allow for so many appointments to be scheduled in a single day. If you want a real tattoo experience and value a good/reliable business, please go somewhere else; it’s sad to say this place is ran by adults. Lots of false advertisement, click bait, rudeness and unprofessionalism, they should be reported to the BBB, because while they advertise professional artists- several of them are simply...

saw an instagram ad for their $88 flash tattoos and decided to make an appointment a week prior. anticipated it and was extremely excited. once i got there, NOBODY ASSISTED ME. i sat on a couch for AN HOUR with my partner and friend and NO WORKERS even acknowledged me. who treats their potential clients like that???? the shop was not busy at all and some jesus looking guy (a tattooist) decided to assist a lady he was attracted to the second she walked in, instead of acknowledging the fact that i had walked in 25 minutes before her and was waiting for someone to attempt to assist me (there was nobody at the front when i walked in, and i had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the person at the front). i ended up getting the attention of some lady at the desk when she got back, and she told me to sign the empty back of the sign in paper because the front was already full of names from previous clients throughout the day. after i wrote my name, about 10 minutes later, the jesus looking guy decided to cross my name out from behind the sign in paper, turn the sign in page back around and decides to draw another line/column in the front of the sign in page that was already full so the lady who came in 25 minutes after me could get seen before me. NOT ONCE did i get acknowledged by any of the tattoo artist or staff, and not once did anyone try to assist me other than me having to directly ask the person in the front (who wasnt at the front when i arrived & was gone for nearly 30 minutes) how i’m supposed to check in and go about this. i was pissed off, waiting there for an hour (i got there 10 minutes early, around 6:05 & my appointment was scheduled for 6:20). i ended up leaving at around 7:15 and took my business elsewhere. what’s the point in allowing your potential clients to book appointments if you won’t even assist them? it’s unprofessional and disrespectful....

I loved my tattoo experience, Tarcilla did an amazing job and was very helpful when I was looking at designs. She kept her station and my skin very clean while she was tattooing, and she clearly has a very good eye when it comes to shading and values. She was also so cool to chat with and I love how my tattoo came out. It was a great experience. I would 100% get another tattoo from her, I liked her a lot. That said, I would not ever let Mickey do any work on me or anyone I know. I went with someone else who got their tattoo done by him the same day and it was horrible. I had originally put a review because of a promo at the shop, but I am revising it because I genuinely don’t want anyone else to get their tattoo messed up by him. The tattoo my friend got is now extremely scarred, the shading is very sloppy. It will have to be gone over by a new artist to repair the damage done. There was a complete lack of technical skill, hygiene, and time management in our entire experience with him. He also did not properly wrap the tattoo once it was finished, and the pricing was a complete racket. I waited with my friend for hours after my tattoo had finished. All of the other artists that were there that day seemed great and since we were waiting for Mickey for several hours to finish the subpar tattoo he did, I got to see a couple finished designs by other artists. They all looked great! Overall, I would return only if I had scheduled with a specific artist that I knew would not be Mickey. My friend had a very disappointing experience and her tattoo will ultimately never look as good as it could have if someone (anyone) else there had produced it. We will be looking for another studio to fix the...
