A neighborhood gem, nestled a few blocks off Northern Blvd. A half mile walk around the scenic lake, teeming with urban wildlife, does wonders. There are seats on the waking path and cute little areas off the main walkway. A more "wild" path that follows the wooded area of the LIE can be found across the street...
