I first discovered this place over 1 yr ago via Groupon. I enjoyed the services. To promote small businesses, I decided to purchase future services with the company directly since I know Groupon cuts into profit margins. Unfortunately, on two occasions I have been discriminated against. As a customer who frequents this establishment every now and then, their payment process for customers is Services then payment. The first offense happened several months ago. I came in for foot reflexology 60mins, the lady in the front asked me to pay before the service. When I informed her, I been there several times before and I never had to pay before the massage, without explanation she ushered me to the back room to begin the service. I found that unusual and hurtful, but I decided to it let it go. The second offense occurred Today ( 1-12-2023 ). I requested a 60min foot reflexology, I was seen promptly, the massage was OK. After the service I went to the front to pay. I handed the women a crisp $50 bill. She examined the bill then used the counterfeit bill detector to confirm the authenticity. I watched as she marked the bill and It passed. In her native tongue she summoned another male worker He came out and they both examined the bill again. They held it to the light, bent it different ways, used the counterfeit bill detector marker on it several more times, all the while speaking to each other in another language for several minutes. I finally asked if there was a problem. The lady looked at me and in a nervous chuckle said she did not know. She asked if I had another bill and I said no and informed them the bill came from the bank. Eventually she gave me my change, I tipped the masseur (25% as I have always done in the past) and left disappointed. I have always been a kind, respectful and generous customer. I wondered had I been a white male/female would my money or the ability to pay for services be questioned. I cannot in good faith return to this establishment. On two occasions I felt discriminated against. To the owners you have lost a customer. Please treat every customer with respect and dignity regardless...
Read moreI drove 2 hours for a thai massage and didn't get one. The first girl they gave me was nice but she was very soft and when she started I asked for thai. She then called a man in i thought how is he going to walk on my back...well the answer was he didn't. I got a nice massage and it was strong from him. I Cant complain about his work but I will complain about the fact i paid for something and I did not get it had they not charge me as soon as I walked in I probably would have gotten off the table meanwhile I booked 2 thai massages and they did exactly would they were supposed it from my boyfriend I feel like they use the fact that I was a woman and got over on me. When I left I explained to the lady what I wanted she acted like she has no clue and try to give me her card I told her she could keep her card because I would not go back her attitude change as if she didn't care. If you do decide to go by the groupon it will save you a hell of a lot of money. And one more thing there is no air conditioning in that place so as you're getting your massage you...
Read moreCalled because of Groupon discount, lady in front said thatâs correct and I made an appointment. Nothing particularly wrong with the service but they upcharged me 30$. I was fine with the initial change because I was considering it was tip. Imagine upcharging a customer 30$ AFTER Confirming the price before I booked the appointment. I ended up paying 97$ in total. Honestly you can go somewhere else and probably get cheaper and better service. The person who gave the massage was fine , but man business management is atrocious and borderline scammy. Expect to get upcharged anytime you come, otherwise relatively normal massage parlor. Iâm just mad I paid 100$ when the Groupon said...
