PaintBox SoHo — Attraction in New York

NO NO NO NO NO!!!! TRASH SERVICE! Their product quality and price might be ok, but COSTUMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!!

The guy (very poor english) wanted me to leave my USB drive in store (who doeas that??) to get the photograph files and refused to login to the computer and drop them there because he "didn't have the password". I finally got him calling his coworker to get the password and then, when I payed with a check, he didn't want to take it because the number 800 looked like 80 (it was written eight hundred dollars, though). I wanted to leave the place and find somewhere else, but since I needed the service as soon as possible, I payed and hoped for the best. Today, they just called me and told me they actually don't take checks (so why did the guy take mine at fisrt place??) Now I'll have to go back there to get my money and find somewhere else (more professional, please!) I'm more than glad for not taking their service anymore, though.

I have nothing but great things to say about Paintbox Soho! These guys take framing very seriously and don't go overboard with the pricing. I had 3 canvases to re-stretch and frame so I brought them in. The two gentlemen working there were friendly, helpful, and very professional. They didn't push me to go beyond my budget and the paintings came out looking amazing! I will definitely be coming back here and highly recommend them to anyone looking...

I called here for a frame job for my boss, he gave me a quote right away, very sweet and fast on the phone. I called a few other places to get quotes and Paintbox was the fastest ad cheapest. I came in the very same day, figured it all out and he stuck to his original quote. Very sweet and personal interaction. I will definitely be going back. Most reasonable prices for good quality....
