UPDATED REPLY BELOW: Consistently falls short on major holidays despite ordering weeks in advance (before pandemic as well). Saving you the disappointment now- there is a strong chance she will not deliver on Valentine’s Day and not alert you. Horrible customer service and no accountability.

• Response to Owner - - Hi JT Team, I am unable to reply to your response so I am posting my reply here. To say you have reached out many times is untrue and I am more than happy to include screenshots of the volume of emails I sent to you inquiring for a status update for my floral arrangement on February 14 as well as February 15 (both emailed and called). It was not until I left a 1 star review sharing my experience that I finally received a response from Julia. As for the delivery on the holiday. You did not send an email (after I followed up multiple times) until 8:01pm stating that my arrangement was out for delivery. At this point I asked if you could arrange to have the floral arrangement delivered to my doorman apartment as I had my partner waiting by their door all Valentine's day for the delivery (does not have a doorman) and we had an 8pm outdoor reservation. I received no response. I am a proud supporter of local businesses, especially during these trying times but having a team that is unresponsive (until a day after a major holiday that the product was supposed to be delivered) and now being gaslit by the owner is totally...

Original review: Received an arrangement of mostly greenery with a few wilted, bruised, and molded flowers that are completely dropping and dead not even two full days after delivery. The $130 order placed should have cost more like $10 for the quality of what was sent to me.

Updated review: I agree with Ryan who also recently reviewed with one star. The only time there was a real response from Julia herself was after I left a one star review. The way that she spoke to me was aggressive. Quite frankly, she was very demeaning, then went on to ask I change my review. There seems to be a huge disconnect internally. I also NEVER received replacement flowers REPLACEMENT FLOWERS WERE NEVER SENT, which is contrary to the response from the owner on this review. The reply here is not the same interaction that you will get offline (if you are unhappy and leave a negative review), which in my opinion is totally inappropriate and unprofessional.

Updated review day five: Replacement flowers arrived this morning, which look MUCH better than what initially was delivered.

The owner of this company has painted a very unrealistic photo of what occurred that was stretched out for almost a week (due to internal miscommunication, I was never contacted to schedule a time for replacement flowers). Where to begin? First off what an amazing florist. Great store with some of the most breathtaking arrangements I have ever seen. The staff is the most helpful staff I have ever dealt with. For us guys coming up with something original and different isn't always the easiest thing. We typically go for a dozen roses which is so boring these days. The staff convinced me to think outside the box and came up with an exquisite arrangement for my significant other and she was simply blown away. The best part is that the whole reason I sent the flowers in the first place was literally "just because". I was so blown away by the reaction my partner gave me for the beautiful flowers I sent her that I started following Julia Testa Design in Soho. That is when I learned she does her version of "paint night" called "wine & flowers". I decided to attend her Wednesday night event with my daughter, mom, and best friend. The only thing I can say is WOW!!!!! We all had so much fun. Great wine great people amazing flowers. We all made amazing floral arrangements. Never in a million years did I think I would have so much fun. After all I am a guy who likes skydiving, tattoos, & motorcycles.
