I thought I’d take it upon myself to leave a genuine review to outline my good experience.

It’s always a hit or miss ordering things online. I do about 99% of my shopping online and stick to the sites that I trust. Whenever I find something online through a completely new site I’m ALWAYS leary and almost always refrain from buying just because I don’t want to risk it.

Well, I came across a dress from Miss Circle through Google shopping and could not get my mind off of it. It was the perfect style and what I was looking for, as I was looking for a second dress for later in the night for my wedding. Obviously I went online to look at reviews and saw that there were a lot of negative experiences. This was immediately off putting and I decided against getting the dress.

Like I said, I couldn’t get my mind off of this dress. It had the off the shoulder look, corset look, and a slit, which was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I could not let it go. So I went on TikTok to see if I could find any videos of anyone that had gotten this same dress. Yes. I was totally committed at this point. SO, after going through tons of videos, I came across one of a girl that had worn the same exact dress for her wedding reception. She showed pictures, said she loved it, and it was delivered in a week and a half.

SOLD. I took the plunge and ordered it. I was glued to the shipping info though since I had read reviews about others never getting their package. I ordered on 8/24 and for 4 days it said it was still in NY. I got nervous and emailed customer service. I got a prompt response the next morning saying if I didn’t get it by 8/31 to contact them. Well, it came today! (8/30) and it is PERFECT. It looks just like the picture and fits perfectly (that was another thing I was worried about - sizing). It’ll need a little steaming on my wedding day to get out the minor creases, but creases are typical when something with satin material has been folded up into a box for 6 days.

I was so excited to get a dress from this store, they do have beautiful stuff. But the customer service is truly horrible. Since I arrived no one gave ANY attention to me, they ignored me for other clients, I had to run between the fitting room and the other dresses to get a different size. I did everything by myself which would be fine if everyone were receiving the same treatment but it was not the case in here. Everytime I tried to reach out to one of the SA they made this nasty face as they couldn’t understand a word I was saying, I’m Hispanic. But I do know English, the problem is that they were discussed by my accent. At the end I said thank you and the SA didn’t even respond anything. I had really high expectations for this store but after being DISCRIMINATED like that I don’t think I should give my money to such company. So if you have an accent, or not wearing your best clothes I don’t recommend to go! Oh I almost forgot!! At the end I realized they gave me a separate fitting room in a place for workers to separate me from their other clients so I wasn’t even able to see my self in a whole mirror like...

This was my second time shopping at Miss Circle. I have a wedding to attend this Sunday, so I placed an express order on Tuesday to make sure the dress would arrive on time. Unfortunately, due to an address error, the package wasn’t delivered on Thursday as expected. UPS repeatedly assured me that I would receive the package by Friday before 2 PM, but that never happened. I was eventually told it wouldn’t arrive until Monday.

I immediately reached out to both UPS and Miss Circle’s customer service. Miss Circle responded promptly, refunded my express shipping fee without hesitation, and provided a helpful solution during a really stressful time.

Later that day, I visited the store in person, hoping to find the same dress. Ms. Shantel was amazing—she helped me find the exact dress in my size. She was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive. Honestly, I was so stressed on my way there, but her warm attitude truly brightened my day.
