This is an updated review dated on November 2024. I took my MDX 2014 to a local Acura in the Midwest for maintenance A schedule and the local dealer changed oil and gave me great stars about the 2014 MDX that I purchased in November 2023 from Paragon Acura.
What does tell you that I would recommend this dealer because they sell authentic cars (drive and run) without thinking to put any additional cost for services and maintenance.
I would come back and buy another Acura.
This rating is to the Paragron Acura dealer generally and more specifically to Jahsid. I purchased Acura MDX 2014 from that dealer where I had to fly from Milwaukee to NY on November 27. I used a Uber to drive me from the airport to the dealership. I went there to buy one and only one vehicle ACURA MDX 2014. Elana from Paragon prepared the car and walked me to drive test the car. Then a manager Wilson took over dealing with the documents. I was checking the car and I liked it, however there was a missing part in the second raw, and manager Wilson promised to fix it before I drive back to Milwaukee. This has delayed my 900 mile drive around 4 hours and finishing up the documentations. Wilson has confirmed with me that he would ship me the missing part as they could not find the missing part on that November 27, 2023.
I did not have a space to negotiate the price of the vehicle, but I have accepted their posting price which was reasonable. During that experience, a customer representative (Jahsid) picked me driving me to the bank and to the other location to finish up payments and paper work. Jahsid was extremely helpful and very accurate driving me to finish up all paperwork.
While I was waiting to finish up all papers, I learned that I would get one key, Elana and Wilson said to me that the car would come with one key which was not accepted and it is impossible to get a second key. I was not happy about Wilson and Elana side of the story. I had a chance to meet a director of name Murat Deljanin explaining that the car I spent thousand of dollars to purchase would come only with one key, his response was within 30 minutes and he was able to bring me another key before driving back to Milwaukee. I give Kudos to Murat being super nice and helpful resource.
I drove back to Milwaukee (900 miles) on the same day.
I have communicated so many times with the dealer ship asking for the missing part, but I have had unreasonable responses and promises. So I almost gave up on that missing part.
However, the customer representative from Paragon (Jahsid) called me and I explained to him the whole topic of the missing part in December in 2023, the dealership sent me the wrong part, so I reached out to Jahsid and he has worked tirelessly connecting with the right team within Paragon Acura to get me the correct missing part. Jahsid never stopped calling me to follow up with me and provide me with updates on the missing part. This week (end of January 2024), Jahsid was able to get the part.
My customer experience with that dealership has been up and down, however working with Jahsid and his ability to show motivation and care for customer had refined my experience with that dealership to very high satisfaction level.
Kudos to Jahsid for the great work.
BTW, I have recommended this dealership to people in my community because of my experience with Jahsid and because that dealership sells high quality vehicles.

My friends and I saw a, what-I-thought was a 'great' deal on their website, a 2021 TLX Acura "CERTIFIED" Pre-Owned @ $26K flat. We went in-person to check it out, Car looked great, sticker says Certified Pre-owned, everything checked out.
A new salesperson (which I'm assuming), Muntasir Chowdhury, greeted us and offered to help and the first thing we asked was if this vehicle was certified and he said it is. Keep in mind on the Certified part. We walk in, talked some numbers, and I was actually going to give him the easiest deal of his life. After about 2 hours, I signed the papers, opened up my new insurance, gave him my down payment, and he said he will get right back to me.
And the first thing he tells me when he gets back is, it is NOT CERTIFIED, due to recall issue. As you may know, I was pretty upset and demanded a full refund which they say this will issue, and I left the dealership with the receipts.
This was Sunday of Sept 15th, they mentioned to me that I will receive my refund by end of Friday that week, Sept 20th. I gave them another call and one of the receptionist told me to wait a couple of more business days, so I did. I reached back out to them on Monday and Muntasir tells me the refund process has actually started on the 20th, Friday!?? So what was being done the whole week? So he tells me to wait by end of week so I did, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Still nothing.
At this point I've started a dispute/chargeback against them because I was not receiving my refund, which was ALOT. They put me on with the manager, Mohammed, and he claims that my bank has taken the money from them which is false. I reached back out again on Friday, 27th, with a different manager, Justin Hill, and he was a bit more proactive with it and actually discussed it with their accounting team. He notified me that since I have the dispute active, they are unable to refund me until that has been settled, because they're afraid that I will receive a full refund from Paragon Acura, and double from the bank, even though I stated that the bank will automatically settle the claim once the refund is in. This wouldn't have happened if the refund was issued by that first week.
So overall, stop falsely advertising on your website and in-person, actually PROCESS the refund when stated and not have me wait more than 2 weeks at this point. And to Mohammed, just stop lying, the bank did not take the money from you guys, Justin stated it. Its one thing to tell me that the accounting team is backed up and another that the refund has not been processed at all.
I'm done talking with Paragon, and relying on my bank to help dispute this claim, please avoid this dealership if you like to keep your money. What could have been the easiest deal of their lives, turned into a stupid tedious refund process. The bank has also stated to keep the claim in case they turn around after you've cancelled, "Oh sorry, wait another week", what a joke, I'm not risking that I've lost all my trust in this dealership, and reevaluate your listings.
To top it all off, I was still monitoring their website and they finally took off the 'Certified' label a week later, and lowered the vehicle to $25.7K, and is now sold since I cannot see it on their website anymore and the link I had previously...
Read moreI am very disappointed on my purchase here ( Aura RDX 2016 Advanced used ). My 1st visit is on 26th January 2019 at 1 pm with Thomas Ng. I drove the car and liked it but it is little dirty inside. While negotiating Thomas told me that can arrange a driver to deliver my car to my location Which is Albany NY and he knows my location before every thing is done. After I bought the car, he said their drivers cannot drive more than 90 miles from dealer location , So I left the car at dealership thinking they will detail inside the car as it is very dirty and went back to Albany, NY . I came back to pick up my car on 27th January 2019 12:00 PM I am shocked to see that the car is still dirty and not detailed inside!! Such a stingy they dint even full the tank usually All high end car dealers will fill up the tank when we buy a car from them. I messaged Thomas about this he said he will refund the car detailing amount . I am messaging him like every week he is telling me that he will send the refund but he never and he is saying all reasons from past 2 months. I am very much disappointed on Thomas Ng. They should have arrange me an interior detailing at Albany NY Acura dealership. I would say to every one please see every inch of car before you buy here especially Used one.

There are some scratches on back door interior which I dint see earlier, I mentioned it lately so they say they are not accountable , but scratches are there when I bought the car,I trusted them but they made me fool buy not telling about scratches.
My expectations on certified means at least clean and scratch free. But Pargon Acura made me disappointed .
I should have bought the car with private party. Acura paragon certified means they won’t clean the car and expect some scratches inside too.
I rejected their $130 offer as it will take at least $400 to fix those scratches and interior detailing . interior Detailing costs around $200
I would say every one don’t buy used cars here. Be smart don’t be a fool buying car here!!! I will write a letter to Acura dealer ship about this low standard Acura certified dealership and I won’t recommend any of my friends or family to this dealership.
Update 03/21/2019: I told you guys on 7th March 2019, I bought car on 26 th Jan 2019 . I told about scratches just 1 month a week ago not on 3rd month. Again it was there before I bought the car. Also Thomos Ng responded only when I kept google review , I did messaged him 2 times a week from January, he said he will be sending me today .. tomorrow ..but never sent me. This totally unprofessional and irresponsible towards costumers. Interior Detailing costs around $200. you can check online. It will be lot of pain for me to come to Queens and fix scratches. Same situation happened when I bought car, Thomas told me that he can arrange a driver to Albany, NY , After I bought car he said he cannot send the driver above 90 miles. I am living in Albany, NY its 130 miles away. lot of gas and tolls. It would be helpful if you guys arrange me some thing here in Albany, NY .
