We attended a job-fair related meeting in the building's public space located in the lobby atrium. This atrium is very modern, imposing, and impressive. It is extremely clean, neat, and HUGE. The reception desk is up the escalators on the 2nd floor (1st floor for you Anglophiles!). We were there around Noon-ish on a Saturday and it was pretty sparsely populated except for the large area equipped with tables and chairs where many people were having lunch or just hanging out. I don't like to judge by appearances, but in addition to some obvious blue-collar guys having lunch, the remaining crowd were street-people, taking advantage of the warm environment. Every table was occupied and every chair taken, except for one or two at otherwise full tables. This would be a nice place to rest your feet or grab a sandwich but for these apparent indigents bogarting the seating. I'm not begrudging anyone anything, just sayin'. Maybe management keeps the space turning over regularly during working hours, but I was there on the weekend. Even though the bathrooms were offensively dirty,- so much that I could clearly picture someone spit bathing in there, I was openly reprimanded by a Gestapo security guy for propping my feet one of of the 300 unoccupied chairs.
