Best Filipino grocery in Queens, I’ve been going here for 10 years and all the items/produce are good quality from the Philippines. Some items here you can’t find else where.
Location: It is located in Woodside, Queens. The interior is small, sometimes there is a huge line cause they limit people to go in due to covid. Good display of sausages and ready to eat food at the back.
Service: they are super nice and kind.
Food: what I like about here is some of the products here you can not find in other Filipino store. My favorite part in this store is the back section where all the ready to eat foods are. Also, they have great selections of ready to cook foods! My favorite is the SPICY LONGANISSA, SWEET LONGANISSA and TOCINO. EDEN CHEESE is a must too and CHICHARON.
Price rating: 8/10, it is kinda expensive to be honest.
I always go here if I am in Woodside, try the Sweet Longanissa! It is the bomb...
Read moreI just came back from Cebu City and the greatest thing I missed was tocilog and the red hotdogs with cheese. I scoured around all of NYC until I located this place. While it is a little small it has tocilog, longaniza, and the delicious red hotdogs. I agree that it’s expensive compared to Carbon or SM, but since they have to import the items I believe that it’s worth the money to have this deliciousness at home. Now my breakfasts are not boring and nostalgic to the wonders of Cebu City’s Mango Street. That’s not all this store has, while it is small it is packed with delicacies of the Philippines, snacks, sauces, local ingredients, you name it. Very reasonable pricing for the product that they are selling. Great place if you are looking to get that Cebu spice...
Read moreEverytime i come to visit this Filipino mart i always finish my grocery shopping with a smile and joy in my heart. Ive been to some that even as a shopper felt embarrassed to find expired filipino products being sold it gives a bad impression about Filipinos knowing how it would have tasted if it wasnt expired. Hopia hard as a rock. Guinataan with the coconut soup looking like it has settled down the plastic pint.. tsk tsk. When i first visited this store ive never felt the need to go try another Fil Am store. All the freshness and goodness of Filipino deliciousness ive found here. This is now my go to FilAm store . I am very happy with this friendly ,hospitable Fil Am mart in Woodside....
