I was really looking forward to a relaxing and rejuvenating massage, but unfortunately, this session fell far short of expectations. From the moment I walked in, the experience felt rushed and disorganized. The therapist seemed inexperiencedânot necessarily unkind, but definitely not confident or skilled in their technique. The pressure was inconsistent, and they kept adjusting without checking in with me. There was very little attention to problem areas, and instead of a fluid, thoughtful session, it felt more like someone going through a routine they barely knew. At times, the movements were choppy and disconnected, which made it hard to relax. What was most frustrating, though, was how rushed everything felt. The hour session barely lasted 60 minutes, and even during that time, it was clear they were watching the clock. There was minimal communication, and the overall atmosphere didnât promote any sense of calm or professionalism. For the price, I expected much more in terms of skill and care. Sadly, this felt like a box being checked rather than a service being thoughtfully delivered. I wonât be returning, and I wouldnât recommend this place if youâre looking for a genuine therapeutic experience.
Just to clarify, it was a couple massage, and my partner experienced the same issue. Out of respect, we still left a $40 tip for both of us. We brought the matter to the manager's attention and hope they take appropriate action so future customers wonât have the...
Read morePermanent nerve damage to my left hip! I regret so much coming to this place, the most damaging massage I've gotten! It was strong and Eva even walked on me. The next day my left hip started to hurt. Two days later it didn't get better so I went to a chiropractor. The doctor said that I lost most of internal and external rotation in my left hip joint. All the surrounding tendons are irritated, and the joint itself is out of alignment. Even after the first chiropractic treatment my left hip is still in pain. Thinking back, I don't think Eva is a certified massage therapist. I don't think a certified massage therapist would put 180lb of weight on one hip joint by standing on it with all her body weight. The front desk lady was nice and gave me a full refund after I explained to her what happened. The refund is of course not enough to compensate for the damage done, missed work days, inability to squat, pain while sitting and walking, out of pocket costs for chiropractor and phisical therapy.
** it's been 4 months since the massage and my left hip is still in pain. Every time I squat or do lunges, I feel shooting pain radiating down my left leg. When I lay down or sit, when I wake up in the morning... the pain is always there. At this point it seems like long lasting nerve damage. If you're into fineness, avoid this place at all cost! You're running into the risk of getting permanent nerve damage and losing...
Read moreThis place is unprofessional and disrespectful. 1.) We got there before our appointment time yet had to wait. We didnât complain. We had a couples massage yet they took us one at a time into the room and started the massage at different times. 2.) The masseuse never used her fingers only her elbow and forearm, I was in alot of pain for days and couldnât even lean backwards onto a chair. 3.) During the massage the masseuse pushed the massage table up and down while I was on it. Extremely unprofessional. 4.) As soon as the massage was over I was in pain and needed to sit/lean against the edge of the massage table for support. I was trying to put on my pants when another worker came into the room and started changing the table sheets. Then she turned the light on and kept opening the door hurrying me while I was trying to get dressed, exposing my pantsless self to anyone walking by.
I have never experienced such horrible service at any other massage spa before. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful. The only reason we went there was because our usual spa Sunflower on metropolitan permanently closed which is unfortunate because they were way more professional than these people.
They need to schedule their appointments with better time space between appointments and take customer training courses. If people donât hold them accountable they will keep treating people...
