I had a horrible experience at Face beauty world NYC, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I went in for a simple facial treatment, and it was nothing short of a disaster. First off, the staff was rude and acted like they were doing me a favor just by attending to me. I waited over 30 minutes, even though I had an appointment, and there was no apology or explanation.

The treatment itself was extremely uncomfortable. The esthetician seemed inexperienced and was very rough, leaving my skin red and irritated. I asked for specific treatments suited for sensitive skin, but it felt like she didn’t listen to anything I said. The products smelled harsh, and they left a residue on my skin that made it feel oily and sticky. The entire salon didn’t feel clean, and I noticed the tools didn’t seem sanitized properly – very concerning.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the staff was dismissive and didn’t even offer a solution. I left feeling ripped off and disappointed. I had to go elsewhere just to get my skin back to normal!
