Never had any issues with this store until my most recent trip last week. I had to return some blinds. When I was buying them the week before, they wouldn't scan, so they rang them up at the listed price as "linens." When I was returning them, the cashier was very polite and understanding. She apologized and told me it wasn't an issue. At this point the manager ran over like a crime was taking place. The manager shamed and talked down to the cashier. He wasn't wearing a name tag so I can't put his name here, but I'm sure he knows who he is and the other employees all know who I'm talking about. She had done nothing wrong and was providing great customer service. He berated her for giving me a refund because the receipt didn't say "blinds." I tried to explain that it wouldn't ring up when I was buying them, at which point he said "I'm not talking to you, I'm talking to my employee, please be quiet." When I said that he didn't need to be insulting. He said, "Do you have any witnesses that I was insulting?" At this point, I didn't even need the $10 back and was ready to leave but the cashier assured me that she would process my refund, at which point he berated her some more. I'll never shop at this store again. I've had bad customer service before and rarely feel the need to post about it, but when you treat your employees that poorly, it's hard for me to keep...
Read moreThe best way to sum this store up, is that it has a little bit of everything. I was shopping for a set of Bluetooth ear buds and was very impressed with the variety and the prices were excellent. Also, they were fully stocked with a large variety of ear buds, as well as wired ear buds. Huge selection of phone cases as well as memory cards, again, the prices were better then any other store I've been to.
I was shopping at 7pm, this past Friday and the store was BUSY. There were no free sales associates, so a security guard was happy to help, he quickly found what i was looking for as also, was very knowledgeable about what i was looking for, not to mention the fact that he was also very polite.
The store itself was a bit chaotic because people just seemed to put items back wherever they felt like it.
I know how hard the sales staff work to try and keep up with restocking the mess that some people leave behind, but come on people, its not that hard to put something back in its proper place!

After buying over $100 of items yesterday, I came in today to return/exchange just two. I walked in with the bag and was looking to exchange shoe size and return one item. I had original receipt!!! I was accused of stealing and cursed at,screamed at,and a huge scene took place! There was no reasoning with the manager and I was totally harassed and in fact scared of his vulgar rampage. They lied and threatened me constantly!! They said I did not walk in with a bag of previously purchased items!! All lies!! I just gave up the item to get out of there!! So, now they have stolen from me!!! Shame on you Lotless-Kumar-and security guard!!! You need to learn how to treat customers, at the least, and certainly learn some common manners!!
