Serenity IV & Wellness LLC — Attraction in New York

I had big hopes and i see all the reviews and want to be the one experience the same….BUT it was not relaxing at all but a lot of noice and traffic and at the end they overcharged…well $10 only but i brought it to their attention the next day going over the charges. Yes, i am a very stressed person and just needed to relax and I couldn’t at all. I was even told i look stressed. All the relaxing music was overshadowed by chatters and new intakes being asked questions right next to me. No relaxation possible with this much noice. BRING HEADPHONES!! In my life I’ve seen my share of doctors and IV’s are not new to me but, I felt someone telling me she has been a nurse for over 10 years, she seemed more nervous putting in the IV than me getting it. Over explaining the task so much that i got a bit nervous if she actually was telling me the truth!? Well, i am one of those people where if there is noice I can’t shut off and i do need some quiet being in a very busy/noisy work environment every day and i was looking for some piece and quiet but it wasn’t!! All ladies are very friendly but this might not be the relaxing place for me. For this price I’d think there be more privacy, peace and quiet. What good is an anti stress IV if i stress at the location! Me smiling didn’t mean i was happy but me “lets get out of here”!! Place is clean BUT i recommend a different room for intakes and a different room for the IV’s with less noice/traffic.
