Went on Saturday 5/16 and stop by to order food, I wanted to place two orders, and I asked āVictoriaā the person taking the orders that day- I Hope is her name- for the prices of the food displayed on the window, she said she will called on the phone and asked for it, meantime I requested one (1) Pork platter, I wait for long time since the person cooking was having several order before mine, when my order was done I would say 20 minutes - kiddos to the good job of the person at the kitchen! ... when I asked her again if she had called , she turn back to me very rude and impolite and she Said she was busy while she wasnāt ,she was just staring at a screen the whole time I was there she didnāt took the time to grab the phone and call, I just donāt understand if a person works there taking orders and selling food how come she doesnāt know the names and the prices of the food she is selling... She was very mean to the other person that came in to place an order.
Dear Victoria if that is not something you like to do then give the opportunity to other person that will happily take the job , specially in this times. Very upset and this is going to be my last time as customer of Bz grill. I guess if you want to go there just order online and you donāt have to interact with Victoria, she really needs to be educated on...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePlease note, this review is based on my first time here and solely on the gyro.
Really craving a gyro being in the area, I saw a lot of good reviews for bz grill so I decided to try it for myself. I had a long day so when I ordered the gyro, they asked what kind of meat and I responded with "the typical kind" (I couldn't for the life of me remember the classic, lamb) but the person taking my order said pork without hesitation so I agreed. As they continued making it, I asked to go heavy on the tzatziki sauce. When I got home I was a bit confused at first because I didn't see a lick of sauce. Not even the onions or lettuce, just a bunch of meat. It was a great portion, but where's the rest? I took a bite and realized it was served upsidedown with the toppings first and the meat on top. Presentation and taste - this was not what I was expecting. Overall I was disappointed. I wanted the typical gyro, lamb - not pork. Despite this confusion, the pork was a bit hard and dry. There was only a thin spread of tzatziki sauce even after requesting to go heavy (I don't know about you, but the sauce is a big part of the gyro). I needed a glass of water just to help eat this because it was so dry.
I will not be getting a gyro here in the future. However, I would go back to try a different dish. Hopefully, it's better...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been wanting to go to this place for year or so. My friend who I ended up going there with, gets delivery all the time from there , always spoke well about it. Small location about 5 tables I think inside and couple outside .
so when I saw a Groupon deal for them I took advantage of it . we get there and we are warmly greeted by the worker . as soon as we say we are there for groupon deal his attitude changed for a second. Spoke Spanish with the cook telling him in a sarcastic tone " Another Groupon Deal, give them alot & only vegetables " not sure if he thought we didn't understand Spanish.
Well after that we go sit inside get our food from waitress and never see her again haha . not sure if this place is self service or not because we wanted to get some me things but no one came back to take order. Other table next to us had to get Wine bottle themselves so we went and got a drink as well so not sure if it is self service.
it unfortunately gets a bit worse , I'm not big fan of Hummus but the one time I had it it wasn't like the one I had here. my friend said it seemed expired. it was hard not creamy. So as you can see my after waiting to go there for so long and my first experience to be like this is...
