BZ Grill

Went on Saturday 5/16 and stop by to order food, I wanted to place two orders, and I asked “Victoria” the person taking the orders that day- I Hope is her name- for the prices of the food displayed on the window, she said she will called on the phone and asked for it, meantime I requested one (1) Pork platter, I wait for long time since the person cooking was having several order before mine, when my order was done I would say 20 minutes - kiddos to the good job of the person at the kitchen! ... when I asked her again if she had called , she turn back to me very rude and impolite and she Said she was busy while she wasn’t ,she was just staring at a screen the whole time I was there she didn’t took the time to grab the phone and call, I just don’t understand if a person works there taking orders and selling food how come she doesn’t know the names and the prices of the food she is selling... She was very mean to the other person that came in to place an order.

Dear Victoria if that is not something you like to do then give the opportunity to other person that will happily take the job , specially in this times. Very upset and this is going to be my last time as customer of Bz grill. I guess if you want to go there just order online and you don’t have to interact with Victoria, she really needs to be educated on customer service.
