Okay... this review is basically for everyone out there who does not want to be tricked into getting into a pre-owned vehicle. I DID NOT get a vehicle from this dealer. I have been shopping around for a pre-owned Toyota RAV4 and found one at a very cheap price. In itself that sketched me out a little, especially for the year and trim of the vehicle. I work for a Toyota company, my family has owned Toyotaās in the past, and the best part is that my father is a senior mechanic at a Toyota dealership, so he knows hence why I went with him to look at a RAV4 this dealer has. We saw the CarFax way ahead before our visit and found accidents being reported on this particular vehicle, alongside other information that confirmed with us that this vehicle is not worth a humanās life. Yup, I did just say that. My father went ahead and asked the sales rep if this is a clean vehicle. He went ahead and said āyes, very clean. Certified too.ā No it wasnāt. And not a clean vehicle when it comes down to the history. We proceeded to let the rep know this vehicle has had two owners and has had one accident where the airbag did not deploy however, once we saw under the hood, my father saw everything and it was not pretty. You can see how someone tried to weld the insides of the vehicle, and not Teri to repair the loose cables that were everywhere.
We do not stand for liars, especially when a lot of money is involved, or when a human beingās life is at risk when driving a ānewā vehicle. I wouldnāt consider my trip a waste of my time since I can officially write a review for this awful dealership, that does not deserve any praise but recognition of how bad and un-moralistic their staff is alongside what they...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHereās a honest review just in case anyone needs the truth about this company. I purchased a used car and I had the intention to receive car insurance from the company. Six star auto sales gave me a broker for my insurance and I paid 500$ to this person to get me affordable insurance for my vehicle but instead what happened was this broker placed multiple cars under my name without my authorization and awareness. Because of having multiple cars placed under my name that raised multiple red flags and GIECO insurance realized and cancelled my policy within a few days after. Since then, It has been a struggle for me to receive legitimate car insurance because of this incident so I said let me get in contact with this broker to fix this issue but unfortunately six star auto sales told me specifically they donāt know that broker (who they specifically put me on to) and on top of that theyāre opening and recklessly claiming that they canāt or will not take any responsibility as it relates to this issue. I didnāt want to make whatās a problem any bigger so I just let it go but for future reference this company( Six star auto) is very unprofessional and takes no accountability and has representatives who are operating a business entity needs to do better and work on their communication skills and protecting customers from frauds and scams. I work hard for my money and I trusted this company to provide a safe and honest transaction for me whoās a dear customer but instead I was scammed out of my money. I didnāt receive no refund or any other alternatives from six star auto with this issue at hand. Iām still disappointed and frustrated by this service that was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI personally wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. I bought a car from them which is giving me a lot of problems. They told me I have warranty for six months, any problem with the car they will fixed it. They delivered the car to me. First day I drove the car there was a noise so I took it back to them to get it fix 3 times for the same issue. On the third time I speak up I don't understand why I'm bringing my car to fix for the same problem over and over then they told me the 2 front wheel bearing was damaged and it would cost $700 to repair it and I have to pay to them half the cost. I got angry because I just got this car and so much problems and this dealer wants to overcharge me. So I decided to take my car to another mechanic shop where I found out the car has more problems not just the bearings. The bearing only cost $250 to fix they was overcharging me for it. Craig and Rodney talk very nice when I speak the truth how the took advantage of and sold me a broken car Rodney threatened to report my immigrant status. Nobody wants to pay 14k cash for a broken car. It's only 3 months I bought this car and amount of problems I have I regret buying it from this dealer. I will advise anyone who want to buy a car from this dealer plz take it to a mechanic shop for a...
