Tasty food, seems fresh, service is good.....Meena is polite. So why the ONE STAR review??? I hate to be CONNED....you know that feeling you get when you are taken advantage of....yeah...that feeling...not a good feeling. The first time we happened upon this place, we were pleasantly surprised. As I mentioned, the food was good, Meena was extremely polite, she told me the restaurant was open just about 4 months???...and told us there was a discount if we paid cash.....basically, we saved on the tax. So, we kept coming back....and every time after the first time.....there was some sort of CON going on. Some things I noticed.......(1) We NEVER get a FULL cup of tea or Lassi...Never......we end up buying 4 cups....this despite telling Meena to please ensure the cup is full. (2) The Lassi is listed at $3 on the menu, remember this is a new restaurant....so, the prices should be current....but, Meena always charges us $5, saying the $3 menu price is for a smaller cup....and the $5 cup that when she or the kitchen packs it......is NEVER full. (3) That first meal Meena gave us rice with the Butter Kabab & every time after she told us we had to order the rice separately..... (4) The first time, we paid cash with the tax discount......after that Meena tells us the system is new 'today'.....it's new everyday....so, we have to pay tax. Overall, I'm really SAD more than anything else. I thought I found a DESI place that was clean, good and HONEST.....now, I see there is no such thing as an HONEST Desi place..........very...
Read moreI ordered onion kulcha, paneer kulcha with matar paneer and goat curry. I asked a lot of times before ordering that can they make food minimal spicy and she agreed. But that food was total waste of my money because they had put so much of red chili in kulcha that we had to dump the food. The matar paneer was horrible ( stale and leftover) . And i must describe the "biriyani" that i ordered some other day that had "green and red color" of rice grains(!!) in it and had noooo taste of biriyani, it better can be called "colorful chili-rice with some bones of the goat". The service was horrible and the food was worse. This place is a dump. One star and that's...

The atmosphere might look inviting, but the service is painfully slow. What should take 15–20 minutes can easily turn into an hour (or more). By the time your order shows up, you’ve lost your appetite and...
