Edit 6/20/23 I always hate to have to leave a negative review for a small business but enough is enough! As I stated previously my family has been using Strand Pharmacy for years but ever since the new ownership has taken over and some of the previous staff has left the customer service has severely gone downhill. Recently I was overcharged by $150.00 for a prescription and had to bring it to their attention, the owner was extremely rude about it and kept telling me that it wasn't a big deal but it was a big deal when I had to to all the way back there to have my refund processed. I was also charged $20 more than the price I was quoted and found out that they charge a 4% credit card fee however there is no signage by the register and I was not told upfront about the fee. Legally a business has to notify the customer of an additional fee. Today was the last straw for me, I went in to pick up a prescription for my mother and said hello when I walked in, the owner and the female employee were standing behind the counter and did not even acknowledge me. I stood there for about two minutes and it was not until I said something about the lack of customer service that the female employee finally said oh you're here for "last name" "first name" which I had to correct her twice regarding the first name. She handed the bag to the owner who rang up the prescription and I mentioned to him that he still didn't have any signage regarding the fee to which he made a snarky response. Unfortunately the only people with any customer service skills are Anna the pharmacist but she is not always there and the other person who is helpful is Arthur. Go at your own risk or just ask for Arthur if you want any kind of customer service.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and have helped my parents navigate getting all of their meds on time and are there to help with any insurance issues. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI haven't actually been into the pharmacy yet, but I have had several phone conversations with the pharmacist (I believe they said their name was Ama or Anna) and they were so helpful, unbelievably kind and willing to go above and beyond to help fill my prescriptions and get insurance info from my insurance company. I had a lot of prescriptions that needed to be transferred from another pharmacy and also had to update my insurance information and they helped me through all of that so graciously. You don't always get that kind of care, respect or positive, friendly attitude from pharmacists, so I really appreciate them and couldn't be happier with my decision to switch to Strand Pharmacy solely because of this...
