Working with Top Notch Cinema has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my entrepreneurial journey. As a first-time founder, I came into this process nervous, unsure, and deeply overwhelmed. I was juggling a full-time job, raising four kids, and launching my dream product (Televase). I didn’t know what to expect from this project, but I knew I needed to work with a team that would see me and see the vision.

From day one, the entire team at Top Notch made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported. They took the time to understand not just the product but the heart behind it. I’ll never forget a pivotal moment during one of our early meetings when I mentioned maybe hiring an actor to represent the brand. At the time, I was in a really low place emotionally. I had lost so much of my confidence and doubted whether anyone would want to hear me speak. But James looked at me and said, “Your voice is perfect. It can’t be anyone else. You have to tell your story.” That one sentence changed everything for me. I’ve held onto those words ever since.

The process was seamless and collaborative. They welcomed my feedback with open arms, made every edit with precision, and never once made me feel like I was asking for too much. Their professionalism, creativity, patience, and care were above and beyond. And they delivered on time, on budget, and on point.

Televase is my baby, and this video project was so much more than marketing it was a story, a mission, and a piece of my heart. Thanks to Top Notch Cinema, I now have two incredible videos that communicate the magic and purpose behind Televase in a way I could have never done on my own.

If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would. It was a pleasure and a delight doing business with Top Notch Cinema. When we first contacted TNC, we saw quick responses, organized thoughts, creativity and a lot of care and attention even though we are a startup business. We felt like the crew truly cared about our business and our product the same way we did. The amount of enthusiasm, support and inspiration was more than we could possibly imagine. The whole crew was very professional. We were honored to deal with Greg all the time who is the Head of Production. This guy is truly the Top Notch. We spoke to a number of different video production groups before settling on Top Notch for our crowdfunding / brand intro video, and while we were already impressed from our initial conversation, we're even more impressed by how the whole process from pre-production to final product went! From beginning to end, Top Notch, Greg, and James were super responsive and adaptive to our evolving, and oftentimes very specific, needs. They were also pros at juggling input from our marketing agency and were super flexible when we had to push or move around timing of the film date. And on film day itself - I'm still super impressed by how organized everything was, and in particular, with the fact that we stuck to schedule almost to a T (and Greg, being the pro he is, planned pretty much ever minute, I think!). With how well shoot day went, we knew the final product would be great...but wow, we were super impressed with how our edited video turned out! It exceeded our (already high) expectations by 1000%, and we'd highly recommend anyone looking for video production needs to work with the Top Notch team....
