So I decided to take the leap this year and take classed at this studio. The class sizes are small so the sessions feel more personal. The instructor usually works with a class of max 6 and is always providing feedback throughout the class. I have significantly improved my posture as well as my strength without hurting myself. I remember feeling neck pains and all my life my ab workouts roughened up my beck but with their instruction I feel it getting better. As a person who hates lifting weights, pilates class offers right amount of core training and muscle toning. Flying yoga is also a good one to strengthen arm muscles and to detox.
