Huge thank you to Jen and Kin for their amazing customer service! I’d just gotten LASIK surgery after decades of wearing prescription lenses and had never worn a pair of shades before, so I was unfamiliar with how to appreciate high quality eye wear. Jen and Kin not only helped me find the right pair less than a minute after walking in the store, they educated me on the anatomy of glasses as well as the importance of protecting our eyes from UV rays. It was perfect, I called the store because I wanted to buy a pair of sunglasses from the brand itself and it said I could pick up in-store at the Sunglass Hut. I called the store and Ruth was so nice and confirmed she has them in stock and would tell her associates I’d come in to get them. She was kind on the phone and in person. Then Jason helped ringing me out and he was very sweet as well. Overall the store was full of smiles and so helpful.
