Supreme Cutz Barbershop — Attraction in New York

Let me start with a good note. the shop was clean and hygiene was good . the shop was nice and I was optimistic, I showed the barber a photo of the haircut I wanted for my son and he nonchalantly nod . During the process I commented he overdid shaving the sides and the top was a little bit long , not the same as I wanted ... then he looked at me and responded in spanish , I really have to interrupt barber next to him to translate . Since its not done I showed him the picture again and let him do his job while I was cussing in my head. Once done it didn't make a difference ... to his defense he really tried to do it well and took him 30-40 mins to finish ..... I feel like he practiced on my son and its a lousy job. Despite that I paid $30 and tipped him $5 for the hard work . THE OWNERS SHOULD HAVE INVESTED MORE ON THE BARBERS SKILLS . I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AT ALL AND ON TOP OF THAT I WASTED TIME MAKING THIS REVIEW TO EASE ME UP .. attaching a Photo of what I wanted and a photo he did...

If you're trying to walk into this barbershop to get a haircut be very careful I waited from 8:30 in the morning until someone came to open up and he was very very nasty telling me that if I didn't have an appointment that I couldn't get a cut and this was my first time coming here I just moved into this neighborhood and I thought maybe this Barber Shop would be good but just from the attitude from the person that is opening can tell you a lot I'm pretty sure he doesn't have customer experience there is nothing in their window that says appointments only there is nothing on their window that says no walk-ins very very non-professional oh and I forgot to say as well the barber that opened up said that he doesn't even care about the reviews well I hope that this can teach...

Self-proclaimed "best barber in the world" gave me a haircut that looks horrible. I asked for a skin taper with .5 on the sides. I even showed him a picture of what I wanted. Somehow, it ended up looking so round... I got a job interview tomorrow and I have to show up looking like a fool. I sat on the barber chair for about an hour, because he was on the phone dealing with a food delivery. I don't mind waiting if the haircut looked nice. I could have gotten something similar for $10 and it would have been done in 5-10 minutes. It's totally not worth the $30 that I was charged. The whole experience was just so frustrating. His speech was slurred so I had difficulty understanding what he was saying. I wouldn't recommend...
