In every store, whether walmart or target or some other large department store, there's always that worker who just takes the store Policy waaaay to seriously. This is the kind of worker who will get injured in a fistfight with a cutlstomer they think shoplifter or even if they did try to shoplift. Why is it sooo important to them that that a corporation that barely gives a darn about them be protected at risk of their own bodily harm? In any case I just had the displeasure of meeting such a worker here in tj max. My 2 ur old kid was, horrors of horrors, riding on a little walk bike kinda thing l. Oh no! You can NOT ride on it unless you pay for it! How wud I know if my kid likes it if she doesn't try it? And it's not like they're zooming around or causing ANY kind of disturbance! But no. This is to much for this lady who apparently hangs things on hooks for the store! Wow. Any chance of me buying this from this place just disapared! What is wrong with a little kid who by the way was specifically not going down an aisle "cuz there's a lady there" riding a toy that your discount knock off rejected products cannot handle? I hope this lady now feels like she had a productive day. She really saved tj Maxx from... I'm not sure what. She prob only test drives cars she has bought. Only tries on clothes she paid for and only pays for free samples as well. Wouldn't b here if not for extenuating circumstances and look forward to not coming here at every...
Read moreNice clothes selection from time to time but the customer service is below par. The fitting room attendant’s (the dark skin girl with a small Afro) behavior was disgusting. I came in with my mom today and my mom (who doesn’t speak that much English) was just trying to tell her which clothing items she didn’t want and was going to hand her the clothes but the fitting room attendant snatched it out of my mom’s hand and said “I don’t got time for this”. My mom did not even take much time to explain so I don’t understand where her attitude is coming from. If she does not like her job or feel like the work is overwhelming, maybe get another job. I work in retail too so I know how overwhelming it could be, but I would never treat customers with disrespect. I don’t know if something happened to her before she clocked in to work, but she should never project her anger to other people. If she’s having a bad day, she should still keep her personal problems separate from her work. Also I want to say, even before we came up to her, I noticed she had this huge frown on her face as if someone forced her to eat a whole lemon. I don’t know if that’s the type of person this company wants to be representing their store. I was in that store Today 8/29/17 MARKDOWNS that is what i shop for . .50 .70 items less then a dollar i was totally happy got to the register to pay 12.00 happy . I ran into a SNAG what was told to me the prices are wrong and its not a 1.00 . Ok enough call me a SUPERVISOR . They call some spanish old lady CECEILIA did not want to write her name and disappeared like the Wind (I guess she was afraid i was going to call the law on her ) My item was .70 and she wanted to charge me 4.99 with price is clear as Day . I returned all the sale items i purchased and headed for the door ,give me my money back and you keep this stuff . What i noticed these stores will over charge you check your receipts and make sure everything match up . Yellow sticker and red will be on top when they scan it will pick up the higher one not the markdown one . WORD TO THE WISE : IF THE TICKET AIN'T ON IT DO NOT BUY IT !!! THEY WILL FIND SOMETHING CLOSE AND GIVE YOU A PRICE THAT YOU DON'T WANT AND WON'T LIKE . SO IF THERE IS NO PRICE DO NOT BUY IT !!!!!
