Read moreA highlight for me in NYC, I love the High Line concept, especially how it was executed, super creative touches everywhere you look, including keeping original rails in place to tie the current use to the original use. My teenage daughter and me walked almost the full length and had a very nice time. Lots of people doing the same thing, but even though a bit crowded, everyone was okay and moving in a good way.
I especially like where the route ends, the north end, where you can see how Hudson Yards was built over the operating rail yard and have views of the Hudson River as well....
