Ten23 Apartments — Local services in New York

I've been living at Ten23 for the past couple months and highly recommend the building to any prospective tenants. Not only is the location is unbeatable, the building itself and its units are all extremely well-maintained and clean, thanks to Steven and the service team. Every service request is promptly responded to and resolved in a matter of hours. Combined with the 24/7 concierge team who are always there to greet me at the door, I have never experienced a stronger sense of security as a tenant than I have at Ten23.

Additionally, the application process was extremely straightforward with no hidden fees. The leasing team and Sunny were always responsive in answering my questions prior to move-in and understanding my personal needs/situation as a tenant (even accommodating a last-minute tour of my unit). Combined with the all-inclusive online tenant portal, managing my apartment has never been easier.

Had an appointment here. Leasing agent didn't show up with no explanation and no way to contact her, and the 2 concierge at the front desk simply laughed at me and told me to wait. They were not only actively unhelpful but incredibly rude. There were lots of moveouts happening on the same day coincidentally, and 1) the concierges were equally as unhelpful - a tenant moving out was frustrated by an elevator they reserved not being available as promised, and therefore had to pay hundreds of dollars extra to their movers because they has to wait and waste time (the concierge shrugged their shoulders and said they weren't sure when it'd be available and made no effort to help or understand why it was unavailable), and 2) a couple made comments expressing a lot of happiness about moving out as I left the building (a bad sign, IMO). This place seems incredibly disorganized and only kind of nice, especially in relation to many other apartments I've toured. Made the decision not to live...

Ten23 is an amazing building-- the location and building itself is wonderful. The apartments and amenities are very nice but the staff are truly what make this building special. Duane goes above and beyond on a daily basis to help us and knows all the tenants daily routines. He is an absolute all-star and works hard around the clock. Chris is so reliable and you know if he says he can help he'll get whatever you need done. The Service Manager Danny is unbelievably attentive. He is there to help fix anything you need no matter how small or large the request. Anthony (even during his shift in the middle of the night) greets you with a smile on this face and helps you with anything you need. Jenny greets all the tenants on the weekend by name.
