This building is big part of Greenwhich Village history. There is nothing to do in the area but take a look or a photo but when you know the history of the building it makes for a rewarding visit. Mark Twain lived there between 1900-1901 and you will see a plaque...

It's just a house that i ealked by. I saw the placard and then looked up what it was. Such a sad and compelling story. Domestic abuse must be put to an end. I hope the victims can find peace (here or in the hereafter) and that the perpetrators suffer...
