To say I’m absolutely obsessed with this store would be an understatement. The gentleman who work here are all absolute sweethearts. I came into buy a portable dryer and it was a little out of my budget- they found 2 older coupons for 50 off each! Then they tied it up to my little hand truck while chatting w me. One of the guys (I wish I caught his name but he was wearing a yellow shirt) saw me struggling down the block, ran out to help me and BROUGHT IT UP TO THE SUBWAY PLATFORM FOR ME that’s 2 blocks and 2 flights of stairs up. I tried offering him cash as a thank you for saving me and he refused multiple times. He said I reminded him of his daughter. The absolute kindest and sweetest customer service I love them!!! 10/10 would absolutely recc them to anyone...

I purchased this scooter 7 months ago it was sitting in storage till I took it out 10th of may I noticed I had a flat put air in it and overnight it went flat again I took it back to them to get it fixed $70 u started hearing knocking noise looking at the tire I seen that the screws were missing they tried to tell me that how it was when I left it with them long story short but he smile in your face give you the fake good customer service even when you bring something back lesson learned make sure you take pictures before and after checkout what you have purchased in front of them because with those fake smiles and cool demeanor they are actually bending you over and screwing you with...

I brought my moped here a few days ago to get fixed cuz it wouldn’t start and I keep calling to see if they started it or anything and they didn’t even start it even tho. I brought it there at 11:30am August 24th and I still have not heard one thing back . All they said is that it’s not finished it and the lady said she was gonna call me back and let me know and nothing yet .
