Towers Venue — Attraction in New York

Go to another venue! Buffy is a terrible business woman and will try to under handedly charge you for things you don’t need. Angelo is nicer but Buffy ruins the negotiations. I had my baby shower there and was told we could just rent the hall and to let them know if we decided to cater with them. My fiancé and I decided to cater our own food because the food at the restaurant they own is mediocre and we wanted to have really good food at our event. When we decided to cater elsewhere, Buffy tried to up charge us the day before the event, stating that we had to valet the cars for our guests at an expensive price and got upset when I called the building. Since I’m a resident there I did not have to valet and I could use the normal regular guest parking. She told me to my face that had she known I wasn’t going to cater with her she would’ve never let me rent the venue. Terrible business etiquette. Will NEVER do business there again, I won’t even eat at their restaurant. Go someplace else if you want a stress-free...
