Roopali's Kala Art Studio — Attraction in Newark

My son is really into art/painting, so we worked with Roopali and her team to design an event for my son's sixth birthday party. Not only did she put on an incredible event, Roopali was very easy to work with.

To start, Roopali caters the event specific to the average age of kids. In our case, she provided a few suggestions for what to paint and also asked whether my son had something in mind. After showing my son a few options, he was set on a specific design which Roopali prepared ahead of the party.

As far as coordinating with Roopali, I did not have an exact headcount until about a week before the party due to late RSVP's. Roopali allowed me to easily increase the head count up until a few days before the party. This made planning my son's birthday much easier.

On the day of the event, Roopali and her team came to our home and brought all supplies, including all paints, paint brushes, art smocks, and easels for the kids. Her team set everything up in a matter of 10 to 15 minutes. Once the event started, all kids were captivated with painting. I've never witnessed a party where over 20 six year olds sit still for an hour! All the adults were able to socialize and not have to worry about watching their kids.

We recently had our kiddo’s 5th at her art studio and shortly before that, he also started going to art class over there.

Roopali is a great artist, but along with that she is so patient and compassionate with her students. She doesn’t push them but let kids set the pace and she works accordingly . My Son has been to only a handful of classes so far, but really looks forward to going there.

The painting party also went so well. Even with inclement weather upon the day, She promptly made arrangements so parents and kids can still have a pleasant experience.

So many parents were pleasantly surprised as they did not have to supervise their kids while painting! Ms Roopali and Teacher Deepali did a great job in making sure that all kids had a fantastic painting to take home. Even with poor weather outside they all went home with smiles!!!

Roopali's Kala Art Studio is a fantastic venue to host kids birthday parties. Roopali guided the kiddos with incredible patience and great enthusiasm, helping them paint on canvas. From setting up the art stations to explaining the different materials, she kept the excitement level high. The studio itself was a dream - spacious and perfectly equipped for a little artistic explosion. The best part was that our daughter and her friends were completely enthralled for the entire party. Overall, Roopali's Kala Art Studio provided the absolute perfect venue for an unforgettable birthday celebration. It was creative and fun-filled for the kids, while the adults got some time to catch up in the backyard over some snacks. A special mention to Ajay (Roopali's husband), who was with us throughout the party and guiding us with any questions we had with regard to the decorations, arrangements, and timing.
