OMG!!!😍 That’s the first thing that comes to mind when I think about my experience at PCH Med Spa! 🩷 I had the absolute best experience, and I’m so glad I came across Nurse Jacqueline’s Instagram page.

I came in to restart my lip filler journey after struggling with migration from previous fillers. I hated how my lips looked, especially in pictures, but I kept putting off getting them dissolved because my last experience at a different spa was extremely painful. When I shared my concerns with Nurse Jacqueline, she immediately reassured me that this time would be different, and she was right! She made the process so comfortable, gentle, and pain-free. She was incredibly informative, kind, and thoughtful, making sure I felt at ease every step of the way.

Then came the exciting part, getting my lip filler done again! And let me tell you… WOW!!! I’ve been getting my lips done for five years, and Nurse Jacqueline is hands down the best injector I’ve ever had. She is truly an artist! The plump, the shape, the symmetry, everything is perfection! 💋

I recently visited Nurse Jacqueline for Botox injections, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean and welcoming atmosphere. The clinic is spotless, and the staff are not only professional but also extremely friendly and helpful.

The customer service was top-notch. The team took the time to thoroughly explain the Botox procedure, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. They were incredibly informative about what to expect, which really put my mind at ease.

Booked 2 appointments on their own website, gave all my info. Received confirmation for both appointments and was canceled on just as we were about to leave. This was beyond unprofessional and asking if we wanted to reschedule, their excuse was they would be closing at 5:00 and the appointments were booked for 5:15 & 5:45. I was asked stupidly how I was able to book the appointments, like I have a way to bypass their system and make up my own times. The lady who called acted shocked as if this never happened. Considering we had 2 back/back appointments these people take no consideration of other peoples time and schedule. They could have made an accommodation but chose not to. What terrible and lousy customer service, well there was none. If you want to gamble with your time and see if these clowns keep their bookings that they confirm then cancel then go ahead, this was my experience and warning to anyone willing to gamble with your time being insignificant & irrelevant because these people chose irresponsibility and lack of concern to any Time other than their own.
