Fresh Farms International Market — Attraction in Niles Township

I Love this Fresh Farms location So Much!!..They are located at 5740 W Touhy Ave , at the Plaza , is also right next to Ross , Walmart and Walgreens If you are looking for a supermarket who has it ALL this place is the ONE! Not only the extensive massive selection of fruit, veggies, dairy products , foods of many different : types ,options and countries they also have a So Good Sushi place..🍣 ..by the entrence to the right , Next to a Juicy bar 🍹..Then they have so many different food options from different countries,I love the coffee selection they have from : Italy ,Germany and the U.K. amount others ,The specific one I wanted to get , I couldn’t get it anywhere .. and I was So Surprised they have it!!..I was so happy 😍, I looked online and even amazon doesn’t have it! And what I love the most it’s the low prices and special Organic fruit and veggies , I never imagined from the outside they will carry so many Goodies 🤩, Ok if that wasn’t enough.. they have a bakery with a mix fusion of baking good you can get Baking goodness from Greek , Italian , German , Russian , ..and many More 🧁 🍰🥧.. You’ll want to get them All! LOL! .. and All are Homemade! .. I love that Everything is always so organized and clean and with a friendly ambience always , from the workers inside of the store to the ones at the parking location outside ,who were very informative about store hours , friendly and helpful staff , “Jose Luis “ helped me to carry a heavy Box of Pellegrino water in to my car, Thank you so much! I 100%...

I have been shopping at this Fresh Farms for about 2 years, until today. I will not be a customer here any longer as I had a horrible experience with a staff member. She wasn't wearing a mask or name tag, and was extremely rude to me when I asked to put some items back, due to not having funds for them and then proceeded to tell me to "Call on the phone next time about my balance on your link card". In front of everyone, simply because she didn't want to help me out. I'm paying customer and have seen people fired for less as someone with 3 years experience in a field like this. You don't humiliate someone for a simple mistake that happens. We're all trying to feed our families.She made that nasty comment in front of everyone watching instead of just with helping me quietly or simply transferring me to someone who could. A kind older lady came over and was the exact opposite of this woman. But the one who was rude to me was short (about 5'0) had on glasses, a french braid ( like the brunette one below),tied with a green band, a short-sleeve shirt staff shirt, black pants and gym shoes. She didn't even want to give me the change I was due, but did it because she was being watched. Other customers experienced this rudeness today as well. I also called the store twice to make a complaint, before I could say anything other than hello, she answered then hung up. This was the worst example of customer service I've ever...

I was there today to buy a birthday cake. I asked the lady if the cakes were fresh. She told me yes. I asked her what date was made? She said she didn't know. She said cakes were fresh, but there wasn't a product made date on it??? Anyway, I asked her to get it from the freezer. I was ready to buy. I asked if she could write happy birthday and name on it. She said the person was off today. There was no point if you were buying a birthday cake without any writing. They lose business with this type of customer care. I bought a nice cake with writing from another store. Was it too hard to write on it??? I was there at 10 am today.

I would like to bring manager attention about snack department as well. I always buy Turkish pistasho. They were always fresh and crispy... My last purchases came up with stale and whenever I open the container food flies came out. Please double check them. One pack is almost $10 and we thraw them away.

Another issue is meat department. I asked if all meats are grinding in same machine? Like pork, beef, lamb. All type of meats are passing in same grinders. Lamb, beef could be in same machine but you could easily separated pork.

That is why i dont buy from fresh farm. I go to Pita Inn. You could get many customers if you have seperate cutters,...
