For anyone looking to get a custom piece done, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. The day I went to place my order the service was excruciatingly unprofessional; I waited for 30 minutes to talk to someone who was going to take my order seriously and when the time came the communication with said person was very get to the point and pay. As a result of their customer service, I got a ring far from what I wished for with an overwhelming amount of hard to miss imperfections. I understand your experience can vary depending on the piece, but there isn’t much to do when you weren’t taken as serious...

I have been purchasing from this family business over 10 years! In Korean style for their first bday we need a 24k gold rings to put on them, or course I had to have it perfect and wanted changes in the middle of designing and the owners gave me no problems and were very kind and helpful! I only buy my jewelry from them and if I need to get an upgrade I go through them! Best prices too! Also I’ll be resetting my wedding ring with them again asap!!! Also my necklace is beautiful and I get compliments on it...
