Linda is an extremely knowledgeable and effective instructor for the variety of classes that I have taken over the last couple of years. (Pilates mat, Barre, Spin, Cardio Sculpt). She provides excellent verbal and visual instruction for both the in person and virtual classes that she has been doing for almost a year now. She reminds you what muscles to concentrate or focus on for a particular move to be more effective. She always calls out modifications for anyone that may have an injury, joint or back issues.
If a class is a mix of skill levels she is mindful that each person is getting the appropriate instruction so the beginners don't feel overwhelmed and the more experienced are still challenged. She will call out adjustments to an individual so they have the opportunity for maximum results.
Linda has a general concern for your overall health. She is very personable and makes you feel comfortable in the classes.

Linda was welcoming, professional, and immensely knowledgeable in the practice of Pilates along with many other disciplines involving the overall health and well-being of the human form.
After 3 sessions there was promise, after 5 sessions the backache was subsiding, after 10 sessions I had better balance, strength, tone and an improved outlook. I was hooked.
