UPDATE: Since the owner wants to lie in his response to me, Iâve attached a picture of the oil leak that the mechanic sent me (along with a full diagnostic report confirming the leak), so that you can see for yourself. We knew that it would not be a big fix so when Saul told us that he was âtaking it to his mechanic to get it fixed as soon as we leftâ and that it wouldnât be sold, we believed him! We even offered to put a deposit down right then and there (see below). He straight up lied to our faces and wasted our time and money. These people are swindlers! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
We had a bad experience at All In 1 Motors. My fiance and I found a car that we liked on their online inventory, so we drove from BK to NJ to check it out. We were interested in buying it, but wanted to get it checked out by a mechanic first. So, we came back a few days later for a second test drive and, with Saul from All In One, took it to a mechanic around the corner who did a full diagnostic. The mechanic noticed an oil leak that needed to be taken care of soon. Knowing that this was an issue, we asked Saul if either he could have it fixed before we bought the car, or if they would be willing to give us a discount in the amount that the mechanic estimated to repair the leak (~$200). Saul initially told us that he would take $100 off the price, but that he could get his mechanic to fix it for cheaper. This would be inconvenient for us because we would have to make another trip from Brooklyn to NJ, but we were willing to do it to know that the car was 100% good to go. We offered to make a deposit to secure the sale, but Saul refused, saying that he wanted to make sure the oil leak wasn't a bigger issue before taking our money. We wanted to make sure the car wouldn't be sold to someone else, but he assured us that he would be taking the car to the mechanic directly after we left and that it wouldn't be sold. We were wary about this, but we had no reason not to believe Saul. We called back the next morning to check on the status of the repair, only to learn that the car had been sold to another buyer. Needless to say we were furious to have wasted both our time and our money (the mechanic visit cost $100 plus tolls from trips out there). In retrospect, they probably knew that another buyer was interested and that they could sell it to them despite knowing there was an oil leak (head's up if you're reading this and you bought the 2013 blue Honda Civic!). He could have simply told us there was another buyer interested or that he actually had no intention of taking it to his mechanic, in which case we would have bought the car as is and gotten it repaired ourselves. All In 1 Motors wasted our time and money, and their customer service left a lot...
Read moreCame here to purchase a car with my boyfriend. First off, customer service is not great. Barely gave us information on the car we were interested which was our first sign this wasn't going to be good. The car looked decent condition. Worn tires, okay-paint job, odd looking scratch, cracked up leather but not too much. It was fine until we took a test drive to our local mechanic shop. Our mechanic actually told us we would've spent more MONEY on repairs than the car itself! All the brakes needed to be replaced, the bottom right wheel was literally squeaking like a rat, and much more (the list is too much to put down). Funny part is when the guy who was on the test drive with us was panicking wanting to leave immediately the moment he realized they were actually checking the car! And when they dropped off the car, my boyfriend tried shaking his hand and he didnt even bother, too upset that he couldn't tscammed.
Also the yelp reviews are insane. Someone's car that was purchased from this dealership slid off a road because they claimed they replaced the tires with new ones, which they did replaced them just with another tire that was 10 YEARS OLD. They took another customer's money (100$) to repair a car they were interested in (needed leak repair) and sold it to someone else after promising to get that fixed first before they can buy it, and have multiple times sold cars that broke apart from heater/ac to engines being to small to function for certain cars or tire replacements. This dealership is filled with scammers. Im honestly surprised how many 5 stars this has gotten but im convinced those people gave 5 stars too soon or are just close with the owner.
DO NOT TRUST THEM, ALWAYS CHECK A LOCAL MECHANIC SHOP BEFORE BUYING! Know its worth! And if they dont let you test drive, LEAVE! They will know you're desperate and...
Read moreTraveled from out of state to buy a vehicle from Mark Gonzales, Asked specifically if it had any structural rust or if it had any leaks. Was told no to both. After paying TOP value for it, brought it home and had it looked at by my local Tire Discounters shop. (been using this shop for 4 years and trust them completely) Was told it actually had both issues. The rust was even painted over in a possible attempt to hide the damage. Now I have an ALMOST 2k dollar repair bill on top of a vehicle according to the state tax department I overpaid for. I paid a premium price for a vehicle that was supposed to have no issues other than some surface rust or cosmetic issues. I was LIED to by this dealership and they refused to assist with anything when I contacted them about the issues. I was called a liar and was told the shop was lying to me. I HIGHLY advise having ANY vehicle you look at here closely inspected by an outside mechanic.
In regards to the dealerships response below.
My statement included facts not opinions. The 6 month warranty does nothing to fix the issues that it has. Was not given the choice to upgrade to the warranty that would and you knew that to do that, it had to be done when purchased. I with out a doubt over paid. It has both structural rust issues and a leak. You lied and told me it had neither when it did. Fact! I flew in and paid more than it was worth after trying to talk you down to what it was worth and you refused to sell it for the price it was worth. Come to find out WAY OVER the...
