Dollar General — Local services in Union City

I spent almost a half hour shopping and consumed $129.00 at this place.. Then i had to use the bathroom really bad... When i went towards the bathroom it says bathrooms out of order...on both women and men' so i was like impossible so i opened the men bathroom and one of stock associates jumped and says its out of order ... I m like i just want to wash my hands... Well she relectantly turned around and i went in... I flashed the bathroom 4 times there was nothing wrong with those bathrooms washed my hands like i told her... And stepped out went to womens bathroom flashed 5 times stills working nothing wrong with it. I camed out and told the same dam girl hey both bathrooms are in working conditions... Take notes off she didnt care... I will leave a commet to city safety inspection about this location.. No bathroom no business... They only like to make money but provide not even a bathroom...

Good prices, can find almost, everything, but when the put the store and re-modeling, go with, more time, what you find entering at your right, will be the opposite, More time, to me for nothing, I go there, every week, and I know, where, everything is, so, why, put thinks, from A- to z- when everybody, knows like that not z- to A More time you spend inside, not good with the virus, you get lost, not good idea at this time of covid 19, my personal opinion and I don't get anything, no money nothing, just my opinion, like I said, good store, but don't change, everything, specially now, whit the virus You want customers that goes to the store, and knows, where, everything, is don chanche this now You, are putting, customers and people, at risk, because, they spend, 30 minutes instead of 10 Just finding, thinks, they know, where they where Not good, personal...

3/19/2022 this date had a coupon event going on & I was treated with improper customer service. One of the men who work’s at this location was complaining the entire time about his job & yelling at customers to stop using coupons because it was slowing the store systems down. He was extremely rude & unethical. I am highly disappointed at the customer service in this store. I have been treated with respect & great customer service at a McDonald’s & today on 3/20/2022 I walked in to pick up an online order & the young lady at the register did not ask for my name. She asked what my items were & did not scan the QR code on my phone. This is the last time I will ever return to this location. I will be taking my business to a different location.
