This plaza, and ALL of the businesses in it, have been closed since May 22 due to a bizarre accident (an overweight truck went up on the top parking level to make a U turn, and fell 2 levels through the structure!). No one seems to know when and if the plaza and its businesses will reopen. Months before, I was already aware that this parking deck had structural problems, and was probably not safe - I was shopping there late last year, and saw a hole through the same part of the parking structure, through which I could see the level below. After no one else seemed ready to do anything about this, I put a shopping cart upside down over the hole, to warn people away from it. After another month or 2, there was a patch over the hole, but no evidence that the rest of the structure's possible safety issues were being dealt with (in the photo I've included, the area that was patched over is visible just to the left of the BIG hole that the truck fell into). It seems to me that some criminal negligence might be involved here, and that the owners of this facility clearly aren't living up to their legal responsibilities!
PS: There are a LOT of 4 and 5 star reviews that have been posted in the last 2 months, even though the mall has been closed since May 22. Either the reviewers aren't aware of the closure, or they're deliberately misrepresenting the situation, to try to improve...
Read moreI usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt the need to speak up this time. my car was towed from the plaza, supposedly for being “improperly parked,” according to either the security or the property owner. I’ve lived in this town for nearly 20 years, and it’s no secret that this plaza has needed renovation for a long time. Years ago, part of the parking lot actually collapsed, leaving a large hole — a serious safety hazard. Even now, the parking lot is a mess. The lines are painted over and over again, making it almost impossible to tell where you’re supposed to park. It’s confusing and poorly maintained. Instead of fixing the issue, it seems the plaza owner has teamed up with a nearby towing company named “””” Top Gun Towing Impounds & Repossession ……conveniently located just five minutes away — to tow cars they claim are parked incorrectly. No notice, no warning — just towed and forced to pay an outrageous fee to get your vehicle back. To me, this feels like a shady business practice designed to take advantage of people rather than improve the property or provide a safe, clear parking area. If you visit this plaza, be extremely careful where you park — because you might end up paying for their poor maintenance and...

The mall itself is so old and run down, only about half the mall is open and the parking lot is atrocious. The owner of the mall needs to step their game up because it's honestly really bad.
I had the chance at speaking to the owner of the mall and man, he really springs for the cheapest solutions to fix things and it shows. The stores located in the lower levels constantly flood and have mold issues due to them not properly fixing the parking lots up top. Even when speaking to a professional contractor he thinks things can be fixed differently.
Parking lots are being worked on so they constantly close sections to fix it but while fixing it they apparently aren't even doing it right due to the demands of the owner???? The concrete ceiling/flooring is/are falling and has already damaged a multitude of cars parked in the downstairs lots.
Top lots are fine when you look at them but if you inspect them you can clearly see when they where redone, they never added a reinforced layer to hold everything together. I give it 8 years before the parking garage collapses AGAIN, because it collapsed in the past and destroyed a few vehicles in...
