Let me tell you, I researched more wrap and tint shops than I’d like to admit before landing on CWD for my Tesla Y. I got five different quotes, and CWD wasn't the cheapest or the priciest—they were just right. But what really set them apart? Their HONESTY and CUSTOMER SERVICE, hands down.

Meet Stas, the location manager and possibly the most patient guy I’ve ever met. Now, I’ll say, I came by the shop more times than I care to admit before even putting down a deposit. I kept asking about different options, adjusting the quote, basically making sure every detail was perfect. Each time, Stas greeted me like I was their #1 client—even though I’m sure I was driving him nuts. He always had a smile, a genuine willingness to help, and never made me feel like a second-class customer, even though their usual clientele includes Lambos, Ferraris, and the occasional Rolls-Royce.

When I finally decided on the stealth PPF, Stas laid out the whole process, including that I’d need to come back twice after the wrap was applied to check that everything looked pristine before they’d hand over the warranty card. Given how many times I’d already been in, I joked that coming back twice was no challenge for me. But seriously—they really mean it when they say they care about quality and back it up with their word.

You should probably check your records, the invoice doesn't even reflect an accurate amount of what we paid, and still showing the same square footage. Over the two month period, never even once the increase has been mentioned.

I had a troubling experience with Custom Wrap Design LLC. On May 20, 2025, I requested a quote for wrapping the wooden cabinets in my boat, and they quoted me $12,300 plus tax, promising completion within 5-7 days. Unfortunately, the job took nearly two months to finish. To make matters worse, I received an invoice for $38,250 after the work was completed, 3x the original amount, without any prior notice. The new invoice maintained the same square footage as the original. They provided numerous excuses, claiming it was my fault because they never took measurements and based their estimate on the numbers I provided. However, I have text messages confirming that they received measurements from one of their team members, and the invoice stated they would take final measurements before starting the job.

Despite voicing my concerns, I was pressured to pay this inflated amount and faced aggressive behavior from both the company's representatives and the owner. They even threatened to place a lien on my boat to prevent me from using it.

FYI, the original invoice was paid in full in a timely manner.

I have since filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General regarding their practices. I find their actions...

Stan and Julia were also amazing throughout the process. Their professionalism and attention to detail made everything seamless, and the final result exceeded all expectations. My vehicle looks stunning and turns heads everywhere I go!
