I visited this location with the feeling of excitement that they finally opened a location in Miami as I had been a frequent customer in my hometown where i used to live. I brought in 3 bags of clothing into the store Half of which had never been worn before (items such as limited edition Adidas, Nike, ZARA, and other named brands) to sell to the store. The cashier informed me that there would be a 2 hour wait for an estimate. I got a text that my estimate was ready so i headed back. When I returned to the store, my experience was far from positive. When i returned the sales associate refused to acknowledge me until i basically had to beg for her attention on my estimate. That was when she plopped my bags of clothes in front of me and said “we decided to take nothing” then walked away without an explanation. I proceeded to ask very nicely for an explanation for the first time, then she failed to provide a response. I then asked a second time and she mumbled “the condition” to which i pointed out the clothes that had never been worn before and still had tags as well as clothes worn once that were in perfect condition. She then told me “no jeans” that’s when i informed her there was only one pair of jeans in all of the clothing and asked for a better explanation. She proceeded to say “Condition, no jeans, out of style, too much inventory” and walked away as i was speaking to her which was exceptionally rude. Additionally, the clothes didn’t fall under any of those. I’m not sure if the lady had a bad day or if the experience was discriminatory but walking out of the store and even days later it really left me with a bad feeling from the interaction. I’ve never experienced a store associate so rude to me to the point of blatantly ignoring me and being unable to conjure a reasonable explanation. I definitely will not be patronizing this company again. No associate should be that dismissive of a potential consumer it can be perceived as discriminatory...
Read moreFirst time going to the store and going to such a store where I can sell clothing. I’m on a board and I heard somebody that works for the city. I live in talking about this place how they Didn’t accept her clothing but did take her husband flannel shirts. She said it was worthwhile I went and there was several men’s pants and jeans. They did not accept which is fine. They accepted seven items I took and they offered $20. I was in a hurry, I needed to be somewhere and I said OK.. When I was driving away, I realize she said seven items and only offered $20.03 of those items or brand new never worn two of them in a plastic bag that it came in the two men’s jeans that they did buy were worn probably three times each. I’m thinking of each item they would’ve offered five dollars. It should’ve been 35 not 20.. I don’t know if I was supposed to bargain or not but again first time going to such place and who really has time for nonsense just be straight up Front with things. Like the same goes, there’s a special place for a woman who don’t...
Read moreBought a Chanel bag they claimed to be authentic for about 4k and it was FAKE. The only good thing they did was to fully refunded me and after I insist, they gave the value of the authenticity check back.’ They argued with me the bag is real and claimed that the site I used to verify its authenticity is “unreliable” . I used LegitGrail and been told the reason the bag was marked fake by their team is because it claimed to be 23C bag and bags from a collection that does not have a serial number (which that bag has), but a microchip (which it doesn’t have).. The bag I got didn’t have a microchip, it had a serial number that doesn’t match Chanel’s pattern (it contains letters and Chanel only uses numbers). With those facts shown to them- they argue it’s real and told me “I still believe it’s real, I know the person who gave it to us personally”. So overall, I felt scammed paying SO much for a fake bag when all the red flags are there, driving over 60miles to return and getting an attitude from them. Not even a...
