Run away from this gym, terrible staff and even worse management. You are not allowed to keep your clean towel in a little gym bag with you, otherwise they will call police on you and kick you out:))) (!) Switch to YouFit, its much cheaper, only $10 a month and never closes with friendly staff and management! As for this terrible place, after being a loyal member for over two years, I had a very bad experience with one of the night attendants. On Tuesday, February 6, 2018, at around 11:30 pm, the attendant ignored me when I rang the bell. After waiting for some time, when she finally opened the door for me, I only asked her to be resppectful to memebers and open the door promptly. She got mad at me and told me to to leave. I refused and asked her to call me her manager. She then called police on me and I was escorted out. The manager terminated my membership without even talking to me. I am so dissapointed. Poor owner, he invested so much in this beautiful facility but his staff is taking his business downhill... (Update, in response to the manager): Check your cameras, and see it for yourself, I do not need to argue either, read previous comments from other members also about how lazy that girl is, also if having a towel in a little gym bag while running on a treadmill is a ground for termination, then this gym should be avoided altogether!!!, besides now I chose YouFit, which is a lot cheaper, only $10 a month, never closes with friendly staff and management. If the owner is reading this, please check your cameras and deal with your staff: lazy attendant and careless manager who terminates memberships over the phone without even talking to the member) Update: well, if you keep terminating memberships for just having a towel in a little gym bag without even talking to the member and without warning, then watch and see how many more members will switch to YouFit....besides you perfectly know, that the reason she called police on me and wanted me to leave was not actually that little gym bag with a clean towel, but because she got mad at me after I asked her to speed up opening the door. I had been coming in with that little bag so many times before and it did not bother anybody. Nobody ever told me to leave it in the locker room, and this time she acted that way only to show how irritated she was when I asked her to speed up. However knowing this, for some unclear reasons you still support your lazy staff member and still continue showing how rude and disrespectful you are towards members.. Read the previous review from another member who had the same problem with that girl. You promised to deal with this situation, but you lied, This is absolutely disgusting management,...

Where should we start? Should we start about how I stopped going there because the guy who’s called WILL did not leave me the hell alone? Or should we talk about how my Juul pod got taken out of my locker and was found in the locker next to me in within seconds when we told the front desk? A locker which apparently nobody uses but has a lock on? Or should we talk about that there is a bunch of rules but the front desk people do not care if anyone obeys them? Or should we talk about the fact that women do get harassed by guys in that gym by guys who go there including like I said people who work there? And when you say something nobody cares about it? I came here from la fitness although this gym is totally out of my way. Saying that guys do the same thing there. I was told while I was signing up that this is not that type of place. But guess what it’s even worst. Now you get hit on by the guys who work there to a point that you can’t even walk in there on certain days! Including old guys who try to train with you?! It’s disgusting! Oh let’s include the fact that people are yelling around while talking and do not care that they bother other people! Also don’t bother trying to tell the front desk because they are just there to sit around and do nothing! Today I got a call from this guy will who was the reason I stopped going there the first place, to tell me that the canceled my membership. By the way my membership got canceled because I told the front desk that people are yelling around having conversations and don’t care that there is other people trying to work out! Best part, will hung up in my face after saying that he throws me out of the gym as the manager of the facility. So I had to call back to get my sisters membership canceled as well since I just had signed her up two days ago! Avoid this place. It’s full of people who just trying to hook up including people who work there! Unprofessional. I've been going to this gym for about 6 months now and feel I can finally leave an honest and valid review. 😌 Let's start with the pros. 👍🏾 The gym is always clean. Have never seen the place anything less than spotless. Members are extremely respectful and are really good at wiping down their equipment and re-racking weights. This is extremely good for me because I also have a membership at LA Fitness down the street and I find myself using most of my time at LA trying to find the weights I need which is really annoying. They have a decent amount of equipment and some machines I've never even used before which was very fun trying something new. 😁 Now, the cons. 😳👎🏾Not very much equipment. Very small gym and the pricing to me is fairly expensive for what they offer. LA fitness is right down the straight, charges less, and offers more. No sauna. No pool. No basketball Court. Only 2 showers and 2 bathroom stalls...for $59 a month 🤔 My biggest con and something that makes me consider cancelling my membership here is the gym staff is late opening the gym a good amount of the time. They open at 5am on weekdays, 7 on weekends. (Love that they open an hour earlier than LA and most other gyms on weekends but it doesnt really matter when the staff is late...🙄) I'm always there 10 min before opening taking my preworkout and other supplements in the parking lot all the while waiting for the gym to open. Now, imagine taking pre workout 10 minutes before the gym opens and the staff is late. 😒 I was jumping off the walls eager to workout but can't because of the tardiness that happens way too frequently at this location. Extremely unprofessional. I'll continue going here for now because the gym has very few members in the morning, which due to my work is the only time I have to workout, but the lateness has got to be improved.
