Le Pet Salon & Boutique — Attraction in North Miami

I don't like to leave bad reviews about any service, but unfortunately this time I will, I have 3 years using Le Pet Salon & Boutique for my little furry baby, we even used to drive from Tallahassee all the time that she needs to be groomed, Tatiana was always our groomer and we were more than happy with her, last week I booked my appointment as always but this time I was informed that Tatiana is not longer with them, so I just said ok so let's try someone else, and for my misfortune the person who groomed my baby cut one of her paw pad very bad, I know that accidents happen and I'm a very understanding person, but they didn't tell me anything about it, I guess she put something to stop the blood which works well even on her pain, because was until the next day when my doggie started to limp and I noticed the cut, I called them to let them know, and the receptionist gave me her phone number for me to send her a video for her to be able to see how bad it was, I asked her to let the groomer know that she has to be responsible and let the owners know when an accident happens, for us to be able to provide the proper care on time. Apparently the place has a new owner, at least that was what the receptionist told me, and he or she didn't have the empathy to call and apologize. I'm still waiting for his or her call after almost 2 weeks now. Very...

This place is very strange. I have a cat and in the past I’ve visited several pet salons to give my cat hair cut. My cat is amazing and very quiet, very well manned. Never ever complaints from vet doctors or groomers. My cat is very fluffy so I found this place and I called them since they offer professional grooming for cats as well. I called and they said they don’t really work with cats because cats can be aggressive. Dogs can’t be aggressive too?? I explained to them that my cat is very very nice. They kept saying about the cats being aggressive!! Why do you offer on your website cat grooming if you reject cat grooming by phone call not never even meeting my cat before. My only simple question was “what cat services do you offer?” All American places are very friendly and explain everything to me but this place instead of explaining me about cat services only were asking about behavior of my cat!!! I can't say enough good things about Le Pet Salon and Yelena, her incredible grooming services! I've been bringing my dogs here since they were just a few months old, and I truly feel like Yelena has become a part of our family. Her genuine love for animals shines through in everything she does, and I always feel completely safe and at ease leaving my fur babies in her care.

Yelena is not only skilled at what she does, but she also takes the time to understand each pet's unique personality and needs. Every grooming session is a positive experience for my dogs, and they always come out looking fantastic and feeling happy!
